Extremely well stocked condo with plenty of kitchen appliances, beach equipment, towels, and shampoo, trash bags, dishwasher detergent, etc. Nice seating arrangement in living room and dining area with plenty of space for everyone. We had everything we needed and it was a fantastic stay.

very nice unit. Had everything we needed, except the ice maker didn't work, but not a big deal. Dog friendly was the main reason we chose this unit. So that was a plus!

Stay at Cocoa Beach

Really liked the location, the easy access to the beach, the condo, the proximity to restaurants, stores, etc. I would definitely stay there again.

Great location, great place!

Place was cozy, location was great and the bed was the most comfortable away from home bed I’ve ever slept in! Will book with them again!

Great vacation rental

The property was super clean and had everything we needed for a great vacation. It is walking distance to the beach. We loved it and would definitely stay here again.

Clean, Safe & Easy!

An awesome stay if you are traveling with kids. Everything was clean and the master bedroom was very comfortable.

Family Vacation

Lovely place with the best location right on the beach. It was very clean and had everything needed to cook a delicious meal. We made good use of the beach chairs, cooler and umbrella daily. Will definitely stay here again!

Great Condo

This was a very nice condo. While it is an older building, the kitchen and bathrooms in this unit were newly redone. Also easy access to a beautiful beach.

Nice Place.

Beautiful new condo. Everything was very nice. Communications with agent and advance info was great. Clean, well furnished , beach chairs etc provided, Denny's across the street. Even had Netflix.

Manager very responsive and attentive. Courteous , polite. Would stay again.

Clean. Had everything we needed for week as far as stocked with dishes, utensils beach needs etcImpressed with manager and maitenance when needed to check TV which replaced with new ons same day!

Spacious place

Large place quite suitable for our week long trip. Lots of amenities supplied for the kitchen, and appreciated the extras for the pool/beach.. nice touch! The place was quiet despite still renovations occurring. Check in was easy and the host was quite hospitable. Thank you for having us!

Nice secure property. Easy beach access & supplied beach chairs, umbrella & cooler. Pool is warm as well. Only con is a little more dated than pictures show.

Excellent clean.

We loved our stay and we had all the accommodations we needed we loved being on the beach and having chairs and being able to use them without having to drag them with us. Everything was extremely clean and comfortable and we felt at home and we will stay here again when we come back. Thank you for a wonderful stress free vacation. We all really enjoyed it and appreciate you all being so supportive with my service dog.

Happy we stayed here!

We enjoyed our stay in this beautifully decorated condo! I enjoyed my coffee on the balcony watching the sunrise each morning. The large table was great to gather around and play games too! It's located a short walk to the beach. The closet filled with beach necessities was very appreciated!! We have made some great memories with our family, and would return for another stay in the future. The staff was quick to respond and answer my emails when I had questions.

Home away from home

Unit was roomy and comfortable. Not a lot of "junk" around. Lots of space for things. HUGE closet in master. Close to lots of things. I felt unit was clean and it was nice to have supplies to sweep during our stay and do a few loads of laundry. Would stay here again.
