Building Notice: Concrete improvement work is scheduled to begin September 1st and is expected to continue through mid October. Most activity will be concentrated near Building 1, the south oceanfront building (home to Units 1, 3, 4, 7, and 15), though minor work may take place in other areas of the complex. Guests may experience occasional daytime construction noise during this period.

​​​​​​​Following Labor Day, the association will also begin a 6-week exterior painting project throughout the complex. Painting activities will take place in phases, and guests may notice painters and equipment on site as work progresses.

Everything was great except two of the coil burners on the stove in the kitchen do not work and seem to be shorted out. They need to be fixed or replaced to avoid a possible fire. The only other issue was the pigeons nesting on the top of the hurricane shutter on the balcony. They are pooping everywhere and it was a little bit nasty. Other than that I had a great stay and I would stay at this unit again. :)

This was a great 4th story unit. Everything was very clean. Parking was convenient next to elevator and steps, and the balcony view was way better than the photos! Great ocean and pool views from the shady balcony, plus you can clearly see the Kennedy Center rocket launch area in the distance. The pool was impeccably maintained with plenty of lounges. And one of the shorter walks to the beach in the area!

Weekend stay

Family stay

The condo was a great place for our family. When we arrived we couldn’t find our parking passes or the pack n play, but she quickly had someone bring them to the condo. Overall a great stay, clean property, and right on the beach.

Weekend Getaway

The roomy condo had everything available that we could want. The view of the pool and ocean was incredible. From the balcony we could hear the steady beat of the waves. The owner was very responsive. Great stay!

Wonderful Condo!

This is a beautiful, comfortable condo with a great view. Comfortable beds, great living space with a wonderful kitchen. Walking distance to everthing you need. The beach has a great view of launches and an easy drive to KSC.

Great vacation

Check in was super easy. Great location with an easy drive to Orlando. Everything was as advertised. Would stay here again. Laundry was essential traveling with young children. Had everything we needed to enjoy the beach!

Beautiful view and quiet

We absolutely loved staying here! It was perfect for the 2 nights we stayed. The short walk to the beach was our favorite! Listening to the waves, walking on the beach, and sitting on the balcony was so wonderful! We would definitely stay again! The cooler that was available, the towels for the beach and the beach chair was so nice to have. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home!.

Fun on the beach with rockets

This a great place to stay if you like spending time at a beach and also enjoy NASA. You’re close to it all. We enjoyed the beautiful sunrise and a SpaceX launch!

Perfect For Us

Needed an extra day before sailing from Port Canaveral. It was perfect and nicely decorated. Would be a place to revisit when we are back for sure! Loved the extra throw blankets! It was well stocked for a longer visit! Thank you!

Steps away to beach

A true beachfront property. Absolutely loved being able to run back to room while family stayed on beach. Had a couple of property items that the property manager was able to respond to immediately. The property is well stocked with kitchen items, towels, and games for everyone to enjoy right when you walk in.

Great location in Cocoa beach. Being further south was quieter. Condo is older but clean and well maintained. The balcony views the beach, pool and building across from the pool so you can enjoy the beach when on the deck. Everything was there for a 2 week stay including kitchenware, laundry needs, and beach chairs. Had a little bad luck with AC going out and water turned off to the building for 2 hours. Both were taken care of quickly though. Only 1 night without AC. Good spot for the price. I would book it again.

Great Property & Location

Pre check in with complete instructions were provided so easy to locate and access. Property was spotless and exactly as described and pictured. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen is fully stocked, coffee pods were provided for our use. Had some difficulty operating the TV at one point, was connecting to Roku. The front door lock wasn’t working properly either, wouldn’t lock when we left the premises. Overall an above average property that offered everything one could need.
