Welcome to Camp Coyote Ridge—a cozy, peaceful mountain cabin just west of Wellsboro, PA. The cabin sleeps 4 comfortably– will sleep 6, with a queen bedroom, a twin bedroom, and a comfortable Posturepedic pull-out sofa.

You’ll be close to the PA Grand Canyon (9 miles), hundreds of ATV/snowmobile trails, Blue Run Rocks for climbing, Asaph Run picnic area, and State Game Lands for hunting. Fish, hike, bike, kayak—or simply relax.

After a day out, enjoy everything you need back at the cabin: a fire pit, side deck with Weber grill, pavilion, hot showers, WiFi/TV, and a fully stocked kitchen.

A beautiful, cozy retreat in God’s country. Come enjoy the mountains and wildlife—maybe even spot a black bear!

Camp Coyote Ridge is a top notch rental property! The owners have renovated the home and everything is very clean and comfortable. There were many amenities such as bathroom toiletries, paper products, coffee, creamers and condiments that were available for us to use. We enjoyed spending time on the enclosed deck, as did our German Shepherd. We appreciated being able to take her with us. The outdoor pavilion, fire pit and picnic table also make the outdoors more enjoyable. A special treat was seeing bears, turkeys and deer daily. There are games and several streaming services to choose from if you have a rainy day. Wifi connection was fine; no problems. We plan to return!

Great place! The cabin is very well done both inside and out. The separated covered patio is a great hangout spot right next to the fire pit, with a lit walkway, via the string lights pointing you right to it. Dogs had a blast just chilling out with us around the fire as well as lounging on the gated deck, which was a huge bonus. The stars are incredible as to be expected, listening to the coyotes, birds, and other critters is always cool too. Did not need the loft since it was just the two of us and our two fur babies, but what a neat little hideaway up there. The cabin has everything you’ll need for your stay…utensils, towels, sheets, plates, pots, pans, firewood, lighters, games, literally everything you can think of and more. We were thoroughly impressed with the little things you do not need to bring. There is everything you need within a half hour or so from the cabin too. Grocery store, beer distributor, lake, views, fishing, and endless dirt mountain roads to name a few. The only downside to the cabin is there’s only one way in and one way out of the “neighborhood”. The cabin does have neighbors, but they are far enough away that you have total privacy. Expect to see them, but if you don’t already know, everyone up there is super friendly. Expect waves from everyone you see passing by and on the roads. I highly this cabin.

This property is perfect if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of life. The cabin is clean and nicely decorated. It was so cozy. We saw lots of wildlife including deer, turkey, squirrels, chipmunks and a bear. We would rent this cabin again if we plan another trip in the area.

We’ve stayed at many VRBOs in the Tioga/Potter area and this is one of the best! Debra was very responsive to all of our questions. The cabin was very clean and well stocked. The bed was extremely comfortable in the downstairs bedroom and the climate control was superb! Our dogs had a great time in the yard and loved the house as well! We will definitely be visiting again!!

Lovely Cabin in the Woods

My husband and two dogs stayed at this lovely cabin this past weekend. We had been wanting to visit the PA Grand Canyon. This cabin was perfect - small and cozy and the owners provided all of the small, personal touches and amenities that made our stay special. The fireplace was amazing and kept us toasty all weekend.

The perfect getaway for us

My wife and I were extremely satisfied with our stay.The cabin is beautiful, very clean, and well setup with evrything you might need. It offers the perfect getaway without having to completely unplug. The host is responsive with any questions you might have. I would recommend this cabin.

Perfect long-weekend

We enjoyed a fantastic long weekend at the camp with our family of 6 (2 adults, 3 kids, 1 dog). The cabin was very clean and well-appointed with all of the amenities you would usually think of and even more! It's also clear that the owner has put a lot of time and effort into keeping the cabin updated as there was nothing in there that seemed old/outdated. The only thing I'd tell folks to be aware of is that it's definitely 'off the beaten path' to get there, having to drive 15-20 minutes on a rough dirt road to get to the cabin. I would not recommend driving there in a small car, but you should be fine with anything with any type of ground clearance. We're definitely going to try to go back to continue exploring and relaxing!

The cabin was very nice with lots of personal touches throughout. The decorative interior was really nice. The outside amenities (deck, grill, pavilion, fire pit) were great! Also, lots of games were provided. Everything we needed was there!

Debra was very accommodating in the whole time we were on our trip, we enjoyed the cabin very much. It’s secluded and private, very peaceful if you need a little time away from the all noise, plenty of local sites and activities to check out if you have kids and wildlife is all around you. The cabin was clean and the property was perfect for relaxing outside. We will be back here again!

We had a great stay at Coyote Ridge (including 3 kids and a dog)! The space was utilized very well and was very cute and cozy…. and equipped with many extras to make your stay more convenient and comfortable. We had a small issue with the AC from the mini split in the unit… someone was able to come the next day to recharge the unit to make the temperatures a bit more comfortable. Our host, Deb, was very responsive and helpful the entire trip. We had a few outdoor adventures nearby (Colton Point, Lyman Run, a creek adventure) and really enjoyed the great outdoor area and fire pit most evenings. We even had a bear sighting…. Our dog chased them away before we could even get a very good look!Not many negatives to report but just some things to keep in mind: it is a pretty remote area so the ride up is a bit bumpy and your access is a dirt/gravel road(s) for a few miles… I got used to it after a few trips. I was pleasantly surprised when I did actually get cell phone reception! There’s also some poison ivy around the property and some ants that got into the cabin… sort of part of cabin life. :)
