This home features remote keypad access for guests, a game room, wireless internet, a well-equipped kitchen, and nearby grocery stores and restaurants. It's a beautiful getaway, only 40 minutes from the Orlando International Airport. It is near attractions like Port Canaveral (10 minutes), Cocoa Beach, and the Kennedy Space Center Complex.

Cruise Convenience

Overall the property was clean, had all the necessary items and had great space for everyone to spread out. We enjoyed the pool area for relaxing and my kids loved the games. The only downside for us was the beds, everyone said they were too firm and had plastic mattress covers that were loud and made you hot. Switching to a higher quality protector and adding mattress pads would have really improved our nights. The location was great for travelers with a Publix and Target just outside the neighborhood. We were staying for a few days before a cruise and the ease of getting to the port was great, plus we loved the convenience to all the local restaurants.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The layout of the home was so perfect with 2 different seating areas and TVs so we could each watch what we wanted and the pass through from the kitchen to the game room was very convenient. The host was very helpful and they even left snacks and waters for us. The patio was very quiet and comfortable. The was a nice pool but we didn’t use it because we were only there for a couple of days. We will probably book this again the next time we are in the area.

Great pre-cruise spot

Everything was clear and well organized. No issues with rental at all and so much space for my family. Would definitely stay here again.

Great generational or multi-family home.

We traveled with 2 adult children and our granddaughter. The space allowed all parties to have a place to read, watch TV and not be on top of each other. The pool area was great (cold) granddaughter loved it. The game room is an added amenity. Snacks upon arrival, coffee and kitchen essentials were great. We would definitely stay here again.

Weekend celebration

We booked this house for a weekend to celebrate family birthdays! The house was perfect, very spacious, clean and in a nice quiet neighborhood!! Located within a few minutes of grocery store, Target, and many restaurants options! We even got to see the rocket launch one morning! We spent a lot of time in the pool and the kids loved jumping in the deep in! The host was quick with response when ensuring our stay due to storm Debby. The house provided needed toiletries, plenty of blankets, and complimentary snacks! We definitely will be staying here again in the future!! Thank you for a great weekend!!

Great place with no beach amenities.

Very nice place. The beds are a little hard. Has no grill. No beach chairs or other beach items. Usually most places have this. I would say this is a very good place to stay. Publix, restaurants, and shopping are very close. The house is beautiful and has plenty of room. The game room was great and my teenagers loved it. The bath tube and showers are awesome. The garage was my favorite thing about the house. The first rental I’ve been too that you can actually use the garage for parking. Helps keep car cool in the Florida heat. The pool was a little smaller than I imagined but was nice with the enclosure to keep bugs out. Suggest staying it you are looking for a get away but have the room to bring beach chairs, cart, and other items. I left boogie boards for the next person so they didn’t have to buy them.

Great Family Getaway

We had a great stay in this lovely house. A relaxing way to spend time with family just playing in the game room and swimming in the pool. Great for our mixed ages. The extras in the welcome basket and coffee syrups were a nice bonus. Would definitely stay here again! Loved the added feature of the safety gate aroun the pool.

Vacation with grandson

Wonderful stay!

Very nice and clean home. Easy check in and out. I like how this home is upgraded, but still has that aged/lived in feeling. We as a family of four have had some not so nice stays at hotels, but after staying here I am recommitted to only staying at vacation homes. I brought towels, rags, and cleaning products not knowing what to expect, but this house is very CLEAN and well stocked from the kitchen's plates, cups, utensils, and cooking items to all the updated appliances and the pantry has a few common household needs such as salt, pepper, aluminum foil and cooking oil, which was wondeful because I forgot to bring some foil and even though there is a Publix right around the corner, it was nice not to have to stop cooking dinner to run to the store. The bathrooms were well stocked with tissue, soap, shampoo and conditioner, we had our own body wash and whatnot, but its nice they have some there just in case. Everything was so clean, the house temperature was good too and the pool was a big hit. My boys enjoyed the game room very much, I really enjoyed Pac-Man... felt like being home. It was so nice to not be crammed in a hotel room, but in a big spacious home. The neighborhood was nice, clean, and very quiet. We did see three large waterbugs, but that's to be expected since there is a pool, which has a safety gate around it, but they were dead so they have great pest control. Too many compliments, not enough space. Recommended and will stay again.

Great place for a family vacation

Great house and location

We really enjoyed the house and it was big enough for us to spread out. Nice updates to the house and kids loved the pool. We even saw a rocket launch from the backyard. Beds were comfortable and house was epuipped with everything we needed!

Perfect stay

This house was absolutely perfect for my family! We stayed for a few days before our cruise and we all enjoyed it. It was very clean, comfortable and in a great location. Only minutes from shopping and restaurants.

Amazing Getaway in Merritt Island

This was the best experience! I was so glad I did not have to pack beach or bath towels, and the game room was perfect! Washer and Dryer made it convenient to keep up with our clothing and it was great to be welcomed to bottled water, snacks and k cups if needed, as well as full shampoo, conditioner and body wash in both showers. I liked the convenience of the Publix grocery right across from the neighborhood where the house is. The host was responsive with questions I had which was fabulous. Highly recommend staying here and will absolutely return!! Paper plates and paper towel, nice warm plush blankets and best of all little clean up- everything was clear for us and very easy! Because we came in Feb, the pool was cold- heated would have been nice as we could not enjoy it (but the kids did- they do not care!)
