Hidden gem just a drive from the beach and village

Keep it sweet and simple at this peaceful and centrally-located home. This fully remodeled home is built on a low-traffic street with a large backyard and is only minutes away from the local attractions. Only a 2-minute drive from Historic Cocoa Village and a 15-minute drive from the beautiful Cocoa Beach. Enjoy ice cream anytime at the Dairy Queen just down the street. Pets are allowed but a pet fee is required. If you have a pet you must message me the number of pets, breed, and size before booking. :)

Stayed two nights

The house was great, there was absolutely nothing that they didn't have in the house as for supplies. The beds were super comfy as well.

Wonderful house that was right in the middle for everything we needed to do.

A well stocked home and comfy get away!

A very well kept property with plenty of parking. Very responsive owner. All the beach toys was a real plus for our kids. Would love to go back and stay there again.

Vacation to Kennedy Space Center

This place is conveniently located to everything and has everything. The owner was very accommodating, beyond what was necessary. Highly recommend.

Lovely Home

This is my third time staying at this property. We have 3 dogs and they love it there! One of my dogs would probably stay out in the back yard all day if she could. The host has been easy to get ahold of also.

Very nice will stay again

It was perfect for our weekend getaway. Lee had everything we need'ed for the beach It is bigger inside than it looks when you pull up. Very clean in and out The only down fall is I have lallergies most plac s don't bother me but if you have allergies I will tell you bring something for them. Other than that it's perfect. We had 9 people.

Great weekend!

Property was great, just as pictured in listing. All beds were comfortable. Never stayed at a Vrbo property that was as well stocked as this one. Bathrooms had everything you needed plus more, didn't need to pack anything. Kitchen nicely stocked with items also. Would highly recommend and would book again!!!

Cute place with everything you’ll ever need

We loved staying here. Lee was quick to respond to us and she thought of everything that you’d ever need. From shampoo and shower gel to crystal light packets and beach chairs. Seriously, everywhere you turn, she has anticipated your needs

Family reunion

The home was completely updated. The kitchen had anything you could have needed. Beach coolers, umbrellas, beach toys and cart all provided as well for time at the beach.

Perfect for a quick weekend stay

I was traveling with my husband, mother-in-law, brother-in-law, and his teenager, visiting other family in the area. There was plenty of room for all of us. Everything was very clean and comfortable. The location was extremely close to Publix, Target, restaurants, etc. Lee was always quick to respond to questions. We would highly recommend this spot.

Home Away From Home

Lee and Michael are perfect hosts. The property is clean, comfortable, and cozy. It has everything you need to enjoy your visit to Merritt Island. The house looks as if it was recently renovated. Everything inside and outside was new and in perfect working order.

Delightful well equipped little house

We were staying 2 nights before a cruise out of Port Canaveral. It was PERFECT! It's not a big house, but it met our needs. The property was VERY well supplied. Beds were very comfortable. Location is convenient. Good communication with the host. We would stay again

Spring Break family trip

Great place to stay. House was clean and location was great for beaches and Kennedy Space Center. Basket with beach toys, beach chairs and a cooler was available during our stay. Would recommend and stay again.

Convenient, clean, well appointed

Lee’s property was a great launch pad for all of our adventures in the Cocoa area. Super convenient to the Village, beach, sailing center, grocery store, restaurants, etc. Would definitely stay again!
