Enjoy our charming home in the heart of Monterey Park centrally located & (walking distance) to a variety of eateries and experiences. Our 2 bed and 1 bath home offers a beautiful place to take photos & relax after a fulfilling day of exploration in the greater Los Angeles area.
This home features 2 bed/1 bath and is located in the front unit of an attached Duplex. This location is SUPER convenient and is walking distance to Atlantic Square shopping center.
The bedrooms include 2 Queen sized beds and 1 Twin size bed. The living room also features a sofa bed that can comfortably sleep someone up to 5’10. The mattresses are made out of 10 inch Gel Memory Foam so they are super comfortable.
The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and cooking essentials. Perfect for making meals.
The bathroom is fully stocked with soap, shampoo, conditioner, & bath towels.
The living area features a genuine leather couch with reclining seats, a sofa bed, and also a 50” inch HDTV with Roku for your entertainment purposes.
You will have access to a Samsung washer & dryer located in the laundry room inside the home. Laundry detergent & fabric softener will also be included as well.
The closets include an iron + iron board for your convenience.

I grew up as a kid here in this neighborhood. It’s very peaceful and quiet. Neighbors are very nice and there are lots of greenery and nice landscaping around.

Our property is unique because it is very convenient. The home itself sits on a very quiet and peaceful street, but if you walk out 3-5 minutes to the Main Street you will be accessible to huge shopping plazas filled with restaurants and shopping experiences.
