New, modern 1 bedroom apartment with space for 4, located within walking distance of downtown Larchmont Village, major studios and restaurants. This unit is on the 1st floor of a home with a separate entrance and completely locked off from the rest of the owners' house. Completely private, including your own back yard! The unit contains a kitchenette, fridge, 2-burner hot plate, convection microwave, sink, and coffee maker. There is a king in the main room and a full Murphy bed in a private separate space in the den area. There is no designated parking space, but there is usually ample street parking.

DOGS ARE ALLOWED BUT NEED TO BE PRE DECLARED AND APPROVED. LA #HSR23-003028.

Wonderful space and location!

The Clinton Street studio was perfect for me. Loved the private entrance, stylish decor, windows and exterior space for fresh air. Highly recommend!

Beautiful place in a great location!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Beautiful space, bathroom, comfortable beds, ample storage, and the owners are very responsive. You can’t beat the location of Larchmont - convenient to all main LA attractions and areas to see. Larchmont neighbourhood and village is a safe and lovely area to walk in. We recommend, thank you!

Schöne wohnung in guter Lage

Sehr einfacher und unkomplizierter vorgang beim check in und check out. Justin ist ein toller Gastgeber. Die wohnung hat alles was man für einen Kurzaufentalt braucht. Wir habem uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Parken ist im direkt vor der Türe auf Straße kostenlos.

Girls trip

My friends and I had such an amazing time visiting the city. Staying here was very enjoyable! The host was amazing in getting back to us and allowing early check in with being from out of town. This place is great for a low key get away! Furniture was extremely comfortable. The location was a pretty great area just parking was a little bit difficult, as that could have been due to being on weekdays. Overall I would highly recommend this place and will definitely be booking a stay here again.

Very cozy and a very comfortable bed. Owners respond quickly and available. Parking can be difficult but again owners were very helpful. Has a combo microwave/ convection oven

Comfortable and convenient

We were visiting family in the area and the place is in a safe neighborhood near a park and walkable to Larchmont Village. The private yard is a plus!

Great place, close to everything in Hollywood & Ktown

Justin is a great host, very quick to respond to all my questions before and during. The property is clean and spacious, and the beds are super comfortable - we slept very well. Check in and out process is very easy as well. It’s so close to Hollywood and Ktown, so it was great place to be!

Beautiful modern apartment

We had such a great time staying here! The space was roomy, clean and so comfortable. The location was convenient to walk to places like shops and restaurants. Would highly recommend!
