New, modern studio apartment with space for 4, located within walking distance of downtown Larchmont Village, major studios and restaurants. This unit is on the 1st floor of a home with a separate entrance and completely locked off from the rest of the owners' house. Completely private, including your own back yard! The unit contains a kitchenette, fridge, 2-burner hot plate, convection microwave, sink, and coffee maker. There is a king in the main room and a full Murphy bed in a separate space. There is no designated parking space, but there is usually ample street parking.

DOGS ARE ALLOWED BUT NEED TO BE PRE DECLARED AND APPROVED. LA #HSR23-003028.

it was a great property in a great area! I enjoyed my stay and the hosts were helpful! Had some issues with flies here and there but otherwise it was a great experience!

Beautiful home!!!! Short stay but had everything we needed. Great shower and beds. Parking is not good at all had to park a few blocks away. Would recommend staying here and would stay again.

Fantastic hosts. Had a long term stay, always responsible and flexible w sharing driveway.nice layout and relaxing backyard area. Cool little area w lots of stuff close by. Will stay again if in the area.

It is a wonderful, spacious, clean and comfortable space to stay. I came to LA for in-person business meetings for a few days and enjoyed being able to also privately do my virtual meetings in a great space with a garden in the back. The hosts were attentive to detail and the kitchen had everything I needed if I had wanted to cook a meal. I hope it is available next time I travel to Los Angeles.

The host was extremely welcoming and very helpful with parking. The place is much more spacious than the photos convey and the back yard space is quite lovely. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed if we wanted to cook.

Spacious studio, very clean, kitchenette was well stocked. Justin was responsive and ready to help if needed. The location is convenient to freeway access, is a walkable area and close to lots of shopping. Note: street parking.

Was a very cozy and quiet space! Host allowed us to check in early since we arrived to town earlier than initial check in. Easy access, parking available, and the home has everything we needed! Would absolutely stay here again.

Great base from which to explore the area. We regularly visit LA to see family and this is our favorite place to stay. The apartment is comfortable with lots of space and the hosts are great to work with.

Apartment was perfect for our visit to LA! We were 3 adults staying with another 2 occasionally visiting. Outdoor area was great for morning coffee, an In-n-Out lunch and an evening glass of wine. Location convenient to many good restaurants and coffee shops. Was accurately described in listing and all information and instructions were clear. Justin was an excellent communicator. Everything was good about this place. I get the ick very easily when things aren’t clean and I can say without hesitation, this studio was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. We were really impressed with the care our hosts gave us and the home. Will definitely book here agin next time I’m in LA. Thank you!!!!!!
