great stay

Really great place - big enough for groups with multiple hang-out areas; also just really nice with a cool hot tub, great outdoor area, comfy beds, etc so was a nice spot just for our small group.

Delightful stay! Hosts were welcoming and communicative and house was cozy and comfortable for our girls weekend. Highly recommend!

Great stay!

We had a great stay at Brian's place. He was a very helpful host. The house is beautifully designed and has lots of different areas to hang out which was really nice. Beds were comfy, hot tub was great, and games downstairs were fun for my son ... I very much recommend this place and will be coming back again with my family for sure!

We had an amazing time! The house was perfect— clean, cozy, well organized. Nestled in the woods with great screened in deck in back. Our dogs loved it too! The owners were wonderful! Attentive, friendly, and responsive. We felt very taken care of. We definitely recommend the stay!

Fabulous Memorial Day Getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Berkshire over Memorial Day weekend with our children and two dogs. The house was as lovely as it's pictured. It was well equipped for our needs and we especially loved the screened in porch and the hot tub. We found it easily accessible to many things to do in the area that we wanted to see. And the Pale Fire Brewery nearby was fabulous and had a great live band the day we stopped by. The owners were very responsive and we highly recommend this rental and would happily return in the future!

Beautiful luxury mountain home! Close to skiing and only 2 hours from DC. Great for families!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful mountain home. It was house itself was clean, cozy and very comfortable. We loved the well-stocked kitchen, especially the instapot. We loved that we were able enjoy the beautiful views from the deck while our kids were occupied in the basement playing air hockey and foosball. We also enjoyed the hot tub which was large enough for 6. Hoping to return next ski season!

Lovely property! Very welcoming and convenient. We were in the area visiting family. Due to the cold, wet weather we didn’t get to use a lot of the amenities but would love to on a return trip! The host was extremely responsive and check in and check out were very easy. We highly recommend this Bryce gem.
