*Shenandoah National Park is a great day day trip as the entrance is less than an hour away where you can hike, bike, fish, or enjoy Skyline drive.
*Shenandoah Caverns is a short 20 minute drive and Luray Caverns is about 45 minutes away.
*Visit Woodstock for: Woodstock Cafe, Muse Vineyards, Woodstock Brew House, and local shopping.
*Hiking at Big Schloss is just 30 minutes away

Guests will have private access to the entire house. Every guest will receive a unique access code for the door, which provides a keyless and secure entry!

Check in instructions are provided automatically 48 hours in advance of check in (or automatically upon booking if booking inside 48 hours of check in).

Please note, this is located on a mountain. While all roads are paved including the driveway, it can be difficult to navigate during the winter months. We highly recommend a 4 wheel drive vehicle in the winter months, but even with 4 wheel drive it can be difficult or impossible to navigate in the snow.

We recommend insuring your trip in the winter months when there can be harsh weather. We cannot offer refunds due to harsh weather conditions that make it difficult or impossible to get to the home as this is beyond our control.

There are about 15 stairs leading up to the front door. There is a ramp that mitigates most of the stairs, but you will still have to climb about 5-6 steps to enter the property.

Pets are welcome for an additional $125 fee per booking. Maximum of 2 pets per reservation.
