Perfect for family getaway

Overall the home was beautiful and the neighborhood was family friendly. We had a small issue and worked with the owners to resolve while we were there. It didn’t negatively impact our stay. Great location.

Clean & great pool!

Clean. Great location & close to family we were visiting. Pool area is newer & very nice! Owners are very easy to reach & quick to respond. There was a test of my skills using a coffee maker instead of a keurig but figured it out & coffee was good.

Last Minute Family Vacation

The house was wonderful! We are not beach people so having the pool was a must and it was amazing. The outside space is where we spent 90% of our time. We truly enjoyed it and we can’t wait to go back!!

Perfect stay in Cape Coral

Everything was perfect with our stay in Cape Coral! We were in town to visit family who live in Sandoval, and this was the perfect location with your house being a four minute drive to our family. The house was clean and comfortable, and we had everything we needed. I enjoyed taking walks around the neighborhood each morning. It was so peaceful! We enjoyed using your lovely pool and lanai area as well. Thank you for opening your home to us. We will definitely be back!

Run from this location

At 7pm when we arrived we contacted the owner about ac not working house was almost 100 degrees inside. We were told she would call right back which was a lie. We never received a call back from her. At about midnight I was able to book a hotel that could sleep everybody in our party of six. They are refusing to refund my money even though it is their problem not my problem that the air conditioning did not work. I have now filed disputes with my credit card company I am also getting ready to contact the Better Business Bureau and I will actually be contacting the local police department because when they did not provide the services that their website said that now becomes theft by deception which is a prosecutable offense. There was also a bunch of junk in the bottom of the pool also so everybody else knows the tiles in the dining room and living room are starting to pop up you can hear the hollow sound along with all the broken grout in the house only one of the lights on the Lanai works none of the lights in the master bedroom work the air conditioning does not work needless to needless to say we've had quite a few problems with this location they need to just issue a refund because I will also be filing complaints with the Better Business Bureau in about half an hour
