Guest comfort is very important to us, and we wish we had known about your concerns during your visit so we could have responded immediately, investigated with you present, and worked toward a resolution. On the day of your arrival, I personally completed a full property inspection, found the home to be clean and ready, and approved you for an early check-in in line with our high standards. Prior to that, our team had the lanai power washed, the landscaping around the pool area trimmed, and the pool and spa serviced, so your comments do not reflect the condition noted in our most recent inspections or in previous guest feedback. We also take any mention of mold extremely seriously; our ongoing inspections and prior guests have not reported black mold or a strong mold odor, but your feedback has prompted us to recheck these areas to ensure everything meets our cleanliness and safety standards. Because we did not receive any call or message from you during your stay and no request for assistance or refund was made at the time, this review was our first opportunity to learn about your experience. We genuinely wish we could have had the chance to support you in the moment, and we will continue to monitor and maintain the home closely so that future guests enjoy the clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment we work hard to provide.
