Glorious oaks and flora make up the 12 park-like acres, including an incredibly private pool/spa (with automatic cover), meticulous oversized lawn and beautiful bocce ball court. Gorgeous views and unique custom design are showcased in every room of the 3,700 square foot home. With three bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms, and a loft office space that sleeps two – This home truly has it all. We really enjoyed our stay at this home. The house is beautiful and clean, and located in the most peaceful and quiet space. Perfect home for a getaway! We will definitely be back.

Just wonderful. Can’t beat the panoramic views of Ballard Canyon. Within 5-10 minutes drive from downtown Solvang. Super clean. Host is the best ever. Kitchen has everything you need. And the pool! Easy to check in, difficult to leave. Can’t wait to return.

Beautiful house with stunning view. Private and secluded but just a few minutes down into the heart of Solvang. Great host. You can't go wrong with this house. Just wish we could have stayed longer! Maybe next time...

Perfect Stay

Our family had a wonderful stay. The house views are unbeatable! We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and relaxing on the deck. The location was perfect, Solvang and Santa Ynez is right down the road which makes it very convenient to pop into restaurants and go explore. We loved our time and will be coming back!

Great property for families!

Check-in process was super easy. Kitchen was well equipped for cooking meals. We especially loved having a French press for coffee. And that game/card room was perfect since you could close it off from the rest of the house. Gorgeous views!

Love this house and property so much! The grounds are magical and the views are unbeatable. It was a hot weekend, but the house air-conditioning was great and the pool was refreshing. Our host, Jordan, was very thoughtful and accessible. We can’t wait to go back!! .

This property offers an outstanding view of the Santa Ynez Valley and is a very comfortable, quiet getaway. It’s close to many wineries as well as dropping down into Solvang for dinner or groceries.

We had a wonderful time. Just wish our trip had been longer! The house was very private and spacious. We will certainly be back as we love the SYV and this house perfectly fits what we needed for our family trip.

Spacious Beauty

This was the perfect rental for our family of 7 adults. Stunning views, plenty of deer sightings, warm large fireplace in living room with oversized sectional. Very comfy.

Stunning!

This is our second time at this property and intend to come back annually. It is absolutely stunning and a welcome getaway from the hustle of Los Angeles. The house itself is very cool, but the grounds and the views are next level.

Has it all!

Incredible house. Phenomenal view to wake up to every morning. Love that they have Jacuzzi, pool, large yard, bocci ball. Plenty of seating and comfortable furniture. 5 minute drive to Solvang downtown and some unforgettable wineries. Very secluded and private property. Even has a cool little rooftop!

Perfect peaceful getaway

The property is in a perfect location. You feel as though you are far from the hustle and bustle, but you are only 5 minutes from three different towns.It was cold and rainy some of the days we were there, but the home offered a great space, natural light, fireplaces, a spa, tons to keep you occupied.I would definitely stay again if I end up in the area.Also, Jordan is extremely helpful and very responsive!

Beautiful Location

The views, location, and size of the property can't be beat. We were a little disappointed in the condition of the house and the grounds. The property is old and in need of some renovation and updates. Lovely, but not up to the standard of a luxury rental.

We are locals and have been in the hospitality business for over 30 years; we strive to make your guest experience our top priority. We take it personally when we hear reviews such as yours when we’re unable to address such concerns during your stay. Upon your arrival, the owner was personally attending to the outdoor space to ensure that the lights were functioning. The evening hours are an excellent time to enjoy the Bocce Ball Court and outdoor area. This home just went through a “spring cleaning” with attention to details and repairs along with a brand new sofa. Although we requested that you keep your pets off the furniture, we found it covered in dog hair. It had to be thoroughly cleaned upon your departure. Additionally, dog waste bags were left throughout the property. Prior to your arrival, we contacted you regarding the spa. We provided you with a hefty discount for being unable to use it as we had COVID health concerns. We certainly wish we had the opportunity to address anything you found out of place or in need of attention. We believe that our guests are our best eyes as they experience the home in a way that is special to them.

Just a perfect get away

The house was perfect for my family. When cooking in the kitchen, we all gathered around the island. Then moved over to the dining room enjoying the incredible views. The style of the home takes you back to the 70’s. Cool retro feel. Honestly it is all about the views and overall spaciousness of this wonderful home. We will be back. Had a perfect time.

Friendsgiving

Our family and two sets of friends rented this stunning house for the long Thanksgiving break. The location is stunning with epic views and privacy. The kitchen is big and well stocked, plenty of space for everyone to spread out. Extremely clean and well maintained. The pool, hot tub and bocce court are all situated with views. Lots of wildlife and hawks swooping by the living room windows. We fried a turkey with all of the trimmings for eight people and felt very at home and comfortable. We highly recommend it and Jordan is a great host, available when needed. Perfect location for wine tasting and experiencing the best of Los Olivos, Solvang, Santa Ynez, Buellton and Lompoc - right in the middle. We look forward to coming back.
