Second time staying here and it was just as amazing as the first. The house is beautiful, super clean, and stocked with high-end amenities. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the outdoor space is perfect for relaxing and hanging out. We actually canceled our dinner reservation one night because we wanted to stay in and cook at the house instead. Highly recommend — we’ll definitely be back!

Excellent home for 3 couples or a family with multiple kids. The location is excellent. The house is large and the kitchen is well stocked with cookware plates bowls and utensils. The hosts are very responsive and friendly. They have a large assortment of electronic gadgets including a massage chair which we all used. Very pet friendly. We did have an issue with ants that needed dealing with. The owners were helpful in working the problem.

Our group of couples (and a newborn) had a wonderful stay at this property. The house feels brand new and has as much smart home technology as you could ever want in a vacation rental. No more than 10 minutes to all of our favorite restaurants and wineries in the area, it’s perfectly positioned. Vikki and Remo were as attentive as you’d want any host to be and an already looking forward to a return visit.

Beautiful home, luxury appliances

The home is absolutely stunning, the owners are super friendly/easy to communicate with. They are also dog friendly! We will definitely stay here again if we’re in the area!

- Location: < 5 min drive from restaurants and grocery stores. <2 min drive (probably a 10 min walk) to a beautiful park, which was perfect for our little one and our pup

Great Stay!

Great property, really beautiful and clean! We were 6 adults with our dogs for the half marathon . The location was perfect the marathon starts and ends in Solvang. We met the owners upon arrival who showed us around. Overall great experience !

If you get a chance to stay here - do it!! Vikki and Remo are outstanding hosts and their communication is top notch. Before we arrived there was an issue with the hot tub, they notified us and when they found out it was part of why we chose their place they brought in another hot tub!! Just amazing hosts. I cannot say enough good things about them or the property. We are already planning our next stay! Pictures actually don't do the house justice. The house is stunning. I am not much of a cook, but I would kill for this kitchen. Our 'chef' (the friend who actually loves to cook) absolutely loved it. Beds are super comfortable too. I would recommend this place to anyone! 10/10 and pet friendly too!!

Weekend Retreat!

Wonderful property and plenty of room for our group - three couples each with an infant! We loved the kitchen and living room for breakfast and dinner, and really enjoyed the outdoor space and fire pit. Loved that each room had a King bed! Close to Solvang, Santa Ynez, and Los Olivos. We will be back!

Absolutely superb

If I could give this 10 stars I would. Easily the best VRBO experience we’ve ever had. The house and property were amazing and the managers went over and above, super friendly and helpful. Also, perfect location!

Beautiful Coyote Creek manor

Vikki and Remo are the amazing owners of this beautiful propery/house. We enjoyed our stay immensely... felt right at home in this spacious gorgeous house. The owners go out of their way to make sure you enjoy your stay and feel welcomed. Thank you Vikki and Remo and hopefully we will be back again!

Fantastic experience!

Had the best experience staying at this house! The house is beautiful (and brand new) and the property is beautiful with incredible views. The property owners were so kind, communicative and genuinely want to provide the best experience for their guests. Would come back here in a heartbeat!

Beautiful house!

The house is brand new and has all the latest in appliances and comfort! Property manager met us at the property and gave us a tutorial of everything we needed to know and he was so helpful and nice! I would recommend this house to everyone!

Absolutely beautiful! Will stay again and again.

How can I possibly thank Remo enough. What a perfect stay! I stayed with my fiance/now husband my father in law and our dogs. We stayed 3 nights and truly wish I could stay a whole week. So we will be back. Remo and Vikki are so friendly, responsive and just the best hosts! With their permission we hosted our rehearsal lunch at the house and it was a perfect party! House was perfect for me and my bridesmaids to get ready in for the wedding!

It was a beautiful property and the host was more than generous. We arrived on Christmas morning and they offered for us to come to Christmas dinner at their house. Because we were exhausted we declined, but they came over with plates of food.Their house was so clean. All the details that you would want in a home and more. They had this really fun massage chair that all my girls could not stop using.My four year-old loved their swingset outside. And he loved exploring the property. I highly recommend this house!

Perfect family get-away

We had a fantastic two-night stay at this beautiful property while celebrating our daughter's birthday. The home was peaceful, spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed—truly the relaxing retreat we were hoping for. Remo was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We loved exploring the nearby lavender farms, picking strawberries at a local spot, and visiting charming Solvang—but honestly, this property was the true highlight of our trip. The bed in the primary bedroom was unbelievably comfortable, and the espresso machine was such a treat—we’re now on the hunt to recreate both at home!

Beautiful welcoming environment in Santa Ynez Wine Country

This property is amazing in every way. Modern, spacious, clean, comfortable with lots of high tech features. The outside patio space is beautiful, and feels like an extension of the house. Three spacious bedrooms can easily accommodate six adults. Vikki and Remo are tremendous hosts and were very responsive to our inquiries as we settled in. You get what you pay for here.

The photos truly don’t do this property justice! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the spacious interior, beautiful outdoor living spaces, and the incredible sense of privacy. It felt like a true luxury retreat.What really set this home apart were the thoughtful details designed to create an exceptional guest experience. Some of our favorite highlights included the barista-style coffee maker, the amazing massage chair, and the most comfortable beds we’ve ever slept in while traveling.And the smart toilet deserves its own mention—heated seat, bidet, lighted bowl, auto flush, and an auto open/close lid. Such a fun and unexpected luxury feature!This home exceeded our expectations in every way. We will absolutely keep this property at the top of our list whenever we visit the Solvang, Santa Ynez, or Los Olivos area. Highly recommend!

We had a marvelous stay here! The hosts were very responsive, both prior to our arrival ("What kind of coffee maker do you have?") and during our stay ("How can we connect to Netflix on this TV?). Every possible upgrade to the highest level of home automation made this stay a truly luxurious experience. Their generosity was LEGENDARY, with free coffee & tea of the highest quality! We enjoyed the hot tub and the birds & squirrels were a joy to watch from the well-furnished back patio area.The beds were super-comfortable and the cleanliness was top-tier. If I had to find something to criticize, I would be hard-pressed, but... Since I use a very flat pillow at home, my neck was unaccustomed to the incredibly plush pillows provided with these beds. If you're a flat-pillow person, perhaps bring your own? Seriously, this place is amazing, and an excellent value for the money. New Frontiers Market is less than 4 minutes drive, and stocked everything we needed to purchase to create delicious meals in the fully-stocked kitchen. Restaurants in the area are plentiful and outstanding. Really can't wait to return to this true jewel of a place.

Fabulous holiday getaway

Christmas trip with the kids to the most beautiful home set in 5 idyllic acres in the glorious Santa Ynez Valley. Close enough to be a mere hop away from all that cute Solvang has to offer. The house is brand new and decorated to absolute perfection!! The hosts are beyond wonderful so hospitable and kind. Nothing was too much trouble and they left thoughtful welcome gifts and were responsive and delightful. Wish we could give them more than five stars, this exceeded all our expectations. Wow just wow!!

Giles and his family were incredible guests and we would not hesitate to have them stay again anytime! They left the house very clean and even started the laundry for us! They were very gracious and made our first time hosting a dream!

Fab property with Fab owner!

5 stars for cleanliness! The house was well lit and had all kinds of conveniences. The kitchen was well equipped with untensils and the like. They even had a good stock of booze! But what stands out most and deserves a special mention is that Vicky, the owner Remo and family, were so kind and helpful! They were warm and friendly and available all the time. They even helped us out with our car troubles personally! The world needs more of such good people.Felt like a home away from home. We will be revisiting.

This was such an amazing home/property and we had a lovely stay. Everyone in my family was already saying on our drive home how they want to come back and stay at this house again. It has a beautiful open floor plan so it feels very spacious and it has thoughtful smart details throughout the home. It is very family friendly with a high chair, kids plates and utensils, and a swing set in the backyard which made this trip with toddlers a little easier. It is also dog friendly which was nice to be able to bring our pup with us. They have dog bowls in the pantry and a gated yard for safe running around. The home is walking distance to an amazing park that my kids loved! The kitchen is well stocked with everything you can need and a very high end coffee/espresso maker. The hosts were very friendly and communicative. Location is also great with many wineries nearby and a short drive to downtown Solvang. Highly recommend a stay here and hope we will come back one day!
