It is located in an ultra-modern tower just 5 minutes from: Plaza El Salvador del Mundo, supermarkets, restaurants, cafeterias, corporate offices, shopping centers and banks.

The main room has a walking closet, air conditioning, Smart TV and its own full bathroom (2 people). Room 2 has a closet, air conditioning, Smart TV and its own full bathroom (1 person). Room 3 has a closet, air conditioning, Smart TV and a shared full bathroom (2 people).

From its large terrace you can have good times, watch the sunsets accompanied by a cup of coffee grown on our land, or at night enjoy the perfect view of San Salvador. We have board games in the main room for children, youth and adults.

The apartment has a laundry center (washing machine and dryer) which you can use during your stay, you only have to buy the supplies to wash your clothes (liquid detergent and fabric softener) in the supermarket or convenience store closest to the accommodation, by home service through an app or where it suits you best... if you need instructions on how to use it, our host will gladly let you know.
