This is a comfortable home in a perfect location.. Two miles from Bethany Beach and just a little longer to Fenwick and Ocean City. There are three grocery stores within a short drive and lots of specialty shops and good restaurants nearby.... we found our favorite at DeFebo's Market... The kitchen is well stocked for cooking. This community is very quiet and although close to the beach, its out of the hustle and bustle so its easy to relax here. In the mornings we enjoyed going for a walk around the neighborhood.. so pretty and well kept! Communication with Brooke was great, she was available for questions and very helpful.

Brooke’s home wasExactly as described and her accessibility before and during our stay were fantastic. She was always available to answer specific questions and make recommendations. Much appreciated for our first visit to the area.

Fantastic property for our family with kids, grandparents, and dogs. The home was beautiful and had everything we needed for a fun beach trip including beach chairs, umbrellas, and toys. The Bethany Beach boardwalk, Rehoboth Beach boardwalk, and many restaurants were extremely close by and a very nice grocery store was right up the road. The community is beautiful and extremely quiet. We will definitely consider staying again next trip!

Highly recommend. I came from Pennsylvania to visit and it was worth it. I wish I could have stayed longer! Host was very professional and nice. Check in / Check out process went smooth! No issues. Property was clean and just like what was advertised. Area is family friendly. Property is close to multiple beaches and only 30 minutes from Ocean City, MD. Oh! It is also pet friendly!! I brought my puppies. Very thankful for the experience.

Beautiful home in a gorgeous, quiet development. The community center amenities were really nice. We made use of them everyday. The host is very responsive and provided a site with helpful instructions for the home. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to rent with Brooke again.

Stayed at this beautiful condo for 2 weeks in April. We liked the location - 10 minutes to Bethany Beach, 2 minutes to a ‘full service’ grocery store, 10 minutes to a CVS and a good choice of restaurants and bakeries. The condo complex was quiet and neatly kept. I was jealous of the weed free lush lawns.There is a garage and parking nearby for guests.There is a master br on the main level, another master and 2 other bedrooms on the 2nd level.We availed ourselves of the porch off the living room.The owner answered questions immediately - mostly figuring out the remotes lol.We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this Condo.

We loved the location. Very family friendly and close to things we wanted to do. Everything was really clean and the main floor master was good for older parents. The community centre was great - we used the grill, pool, gym, and kitchen/common area. Plenty of parking and the EV charging was a plus!

Property was excellent, great condition, enough space to be comfortable and great amenities. Close enough to everything you need, beaches, groceries, restaurants and more. Host was interactive in a helpful way to maximize our enjoyment- would absolutely book again and strongly recommend.

This was a great place to stay. Its pet friendly and you feel at home. Its close to the beach, shopping and restaurants. The garage is big enough for 2 regular size vehicles. The home owner was super friendly and answered all my questions. We will definitely stay again, hopefully next year. Thank you for a great relaxing and fun vacation.

The townhouse was fantastic with plenty of room for the family. The only feedback I would offer is that the kitchen is a little cramped with the table but it still works. The pack n play for our grandson was an unexpected plus and there was plenty of room for everyone. The host was fantastic about communicating with us.
