Welcome to Beach Cove 16 - We love it here and hope you do as well...

*Please read full description PRIOR to booking - we know some of the info is boring but it is important info for you to know and we promise to keep it short*

In prime season between Memorial Day and Labor Day our weekly rental is Saturday to Saturday. We offer flexible stays in the off season. We also may have flexibility on open weeks so please inquire if you are interested in a shorter stay.

*Please note*: WE DO NOT provide sheets or towels but we do have plenty of blankets and pillows for each bed. We also have beach chairs, boogie boards, beach toys and a beach wagon available for your use (as well as a pack n play & high chair for your little one)! We can provide customizable linen and towel package rentals for a fee upon request.

**Please note**: We do not rent to groups under age of 25.

A truly luxurious coastal retreat located in the exclusive Villas at Beach Cove between the hearts of Dewey Beach and Bethany Beach, this is beach living at its finest. Enjoy the best of both the Bay and the Ocean in this luxury town home located in North Bethany Beach DE just south of the Indian River Inlet.

A true 5 bedroom + 3.5 bath, 4 level townhome with over 2700 square feet of beautifully furnished living space. Home offers spectacular views of the bay and is just a short 5 min stroll to the beach. This home features free high-speed WIFI with an added mesh network for greater coverage, 7 decks, and 2 carports exclusively for use by guests. Relax in the large great room on the upper level as well as a second living area / kids play room on the 2nd level. Room to sleep 10-12 people. Located in the exclusive Villas of Beach Cove community which includes a private community pool, a 100 ft fishing and crabbing pier, and is only 270 yards from the beach. Walk to Matts Fish Camp, check out Big Chill Cantina on the beach and Hammerheads on the Bay for fabulous sunsets.

For your entertainment, we have a Ping Pong table on the lower level rear deck as well as Cornhole boards. And we've added 3 Kayaks (2 singles and 1 double) with paddles and life vests for our guests enjoyment. Waivers must be signed prior to use.

Location, location, location - 1 mile from the Indian River Inlet for fishing and surfing that can’t be beat, 10 minute drive to Rehoboth Beach Restaurants, Boardwalk, Funland for the kids & Shopping Outlets and 5 minute drive to both Dewey Beach and the Town of Bethany.

Place was very nice. Location was very convenient to the beach and Delaware Seashore State Park. We were there in the off season (and the middle of a Nor’easter) but we had the beach to ourselves. Given its location, I have to believe even in midsummer the beaches are relatively empty compared to the more developed beaches. If you want an adventure check out Henlopen State Park with its WW2 history and the really cool pine forest trails of Fresh Pond Sate Park just a couple miles south of the property.

This home was an excellent place to stay! The walk to the beach was a 10min walk and having the cart was great! Plenty of room for kids and adults! The pictures you see on line of the house are exactly what it looks like. Plenty of parking. Would rent this home again.

FANTASTIC spot and even more fantastic hosts! The beach access is perfect and puts you at a really uncrowded spot on the beach. Dan is extremely responsive and the house is very well equipped with everything you need for a perfect stay. So many very thoughtful and convenient items throughout the house. We’ll definitely be back! Thanks again!

The home was very clean and accommodating. The host provided several amenities that I haven’t seen in a long time. The view from the 3rd level was beautiful. I really liked the privacy in master bedroom, large deck with comfortable chairs and the bathroom was definitely big enough for 2 people. My granddaughter’s used the kayaks and had a blast. No charge There were 6 of us and never felt crammed anywhere. If you decide to rent this house, you won’t be disappointed.

Great Place. Short walk to the beach, has a pool and dock for access to the bay. It is a three story structure with the kitchen on the top floor.

Dan was really easy to communicate with and super helpful before and during the stay. The beach is a short walk across the road. The townhouse was nice with plenty of parking and space inside to hang out. We had a great trip.

Our family had a fantastic beach vacation! It was great to be able to bring the dog as well as walk across the street for beach access! The house had lots of room for all of us - great Bay views and beautiful sunsets! Middle of September was very quiet and peaceful. Highly recommend.

Great house! Close to beach, great for a group

Just enjoyed a lovely stay near Bethany Beach at this house. Plenty of room for our group to spread out and enjoyed being close to the beach for easy daily visits. Best part was enjoying sunsets from the upper porch over the sound. Would recommend!

Great vacation!

What a great location, beautiful property, close to Bethany, Dewey, and Rehoboth but far enough to enjoy peace and quiet. Owner is VERY responsive and helpful! Very clean, spacious and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

Nice stay on beach!

Overall good experience! The cleanliness of the provided bedding could have been improved from stains and some animal hair. Location was wonderful and easy access across the way to the beach!

Hi, we are Dan and Stephany Spahr. We live outside of Washington DC but make our way to Dewey Beach as much as possible. We love our places and love to share them with our guests.

We love the views of the bay and easy access to the beach. We love enjoying our morning coffee or afternoon cocktails on the upper decks. We love the beach and the beach is much less crowded than the beaches in town. The community offers quiet enjoyment but is still very accessible to both Bethany and Dewey Beach. We love that we have access to fishing, crabbing, hiking, biking, and kayaking directly from the community. And there is plenty of space to spread out for multiple families.
