Super clean and great location. Kim and her husband were so nice. Loved the little porch with the chairs that overlooked the garden. Would definitely stay there again.

We loved our stay! Easy to find, central to so many activities, clean and very comfortable, and our host was super responsive and kind. We highly recommend others to stay!

It was so darling! We loved all the antiques! The only problem was we got to enjoy it for about 12 hours! I would definitely recommend staying for more than overnight. We were on a sightseeing vacation so time was short but loved our few hours here!

This home is amazing. Plenty of room, very clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. The owner has provided all the essentials and then some. I would definitely recommend and if we come back to the area we will try to rent it again.

We had a lovely stay at the Annex. It is spacious, comfortable,beautifully set up and decorated with fun and functional pieces. We were just two, but it would work well for four, and definitely would be a find for a family! Communications were clear and always helpful - Kim was great!

Charming and beautifully decorated apartment. We loved staying here, It’s close to the Fairbanks Museum and downtown area. The host was very friendly and helpful. She had many welcoming touches that made you feel right at home. We’ll definitely be coming back.

This was a beautiful place to stay. It does have steps up to the luvibg space. It was so clean and welcoming. I felt like i was home with all the nice touches.

It was hot and humid out but the apartment was very comfortable with the two AC units. Well outfitted kitchen and good, central location.
