We liked how it was allergen free, because a lot of us have allergies. although we do think that the pool needs updated toys and one down fall was having to pay the extra for the hot tub.The place is in a nice neighborhood just a great spot overall. Would definitely stay there again.

From the youngest 3 year old to the 79 year old, we all really enjoyed the property. Beautiful pool area and the kitchen was well supplied with equipment. We would definitely use this property again.

Great pool. Roomy good for large group. Good air. Bad beds. Not enough of laundry supplies. Coffee maker didn’t work. Had to wash all plates,glasses,silverware prior to use. After we found they required same treatment.

The property needs some general maintenance. pool deck needs to be cleaned, gas grill is in need of cleaning or replacing. The rooms were clean and plenty of towels

There were all kinds of options for things to do around the place. Day 1 I fished with gear from the shed. Day 2 we built a s'more's fire in the pit. Day 3, I grilled and we ate by the pool. Day 4, we and my granddaughter enjoyed the pool under our watchful eyes. It was situated well for us visiting our Palm Bay son and granddaughter and taking in the beach in Melbourne and a nature boat tour.

Perfect house for our family, quiet neighborhood

The house was the perfect size for us, we had everything we needed for our family. It was like we were in a home away from home. The pool was beautiful, the fire pit and hammock were a nice added touch. The house was clean, the neighborhood was very quiet and there was clear quick communication from the property owner. We will definitely be back and will recommend if anyone is looking for a place to stay in the area.

Perfect Fit!

We selected this property for our stay in the Palm Bay area because it was conveniently located to family. We were very pleased to find a comfortably appointed home with everything we could possibly need for our stay. The workout equipment was a welcome addition to the amenities offered! The property is also very convenient to main throughfares and the interstate. Andrew was a great host, very helpful and responsive to any questions we had. We would highly recommend this property to anyone considering it for their visit to Palm Bay!

Family and Friend trip

House was fine for what we needed. Nothing fancy but we knew that going in. Location was great. Wish the pools solar cover was available. Lanai needed some cleaning and repair maintenance. Pool was nice, just a little cool. Communication with the owner was great. No significant issues. Beds comfy. Liked all the tvs!

Very nice house. Spacious, very clean, comfortable mattresses, quiet neighbourhood yet very close to shopping, grocery stores, and restaurants. Plus the exercise equip, beach chairs, beach umbrellas and bikes are a bonus feature. Host Andrew is very good at responding to questions ( we connected to wifi but had no internet connection. He rectified internet situation remotely in an hour). Lounge pads by pool were dirty so we took them off. Other than that it was a great experience.

Overall stay

Overall the place was clean the host was quick to reply only issues I seen where the sliding glass door did lock but you could easily open the sides to gain entrance they were not bolted to the sides I didn’t feel secure and there were ants crawling on the kitchen floor and also in the bathtub I didn’t use any of their cookware or anything I mostly just slept and showered there the TVs didn’t work properly could only get a few channels to work. living room tv didn’t work at all said you need a PIN number and could not get past that so I’m glad I was barely there but overall I would stay again if those issues were resolved

Overall the house was nice, owner let us know we’d have wait an extra 2 hours to check in, couldn’t swim in pool until 2 days after check in, leaves, debris and a film of dead bugs on surface, also not heated. Owner does not explain in description you cannot use anything scented in the house, perfume, laundry detergent etc. No water pressure in showers and every drain was basically backed up where you stood in your own filth while showering. Ice maker didn’t work so buy ice. You are also told in welcome binder to leave fridge, kitchen clean, start dishwasher and wash all towels, isn’t that what the cleaning fee is for? Again, overall place was nice, the owner also was easy to communicate with. But if I had known we were going to encounter these things we prob would’ve booked a different place. After a 15 hour drive it was just not what I was expecting.

I went back to reread the messages that Lynne and I traded as the review seemed so out of place.. I reached out to Lynne prior to check in and explained that due to some extreme weather we were behind in some repair work and check in might be delayed by a couple hours.. But, it wasn't. The house was ready at 4pm as stated in our text threads. I explained that due to high winds several screens had been blown out so there were some leaves in the pool but the water was well balanced, crystal clear and ready for swimming if they wanted to cold plunge. Literally in the text thread. And we do not have a pool heater.. I live close by and respond very quickly to any concerns any guests might have. But if a guest never reaches out, there is no way that I can respond. Personally, if I'm staying in a house where a drain isn't working, I alert the host. Unfortunately lynne never reached out and only intermittently responded when I reached out. Bummer that the stay didn't go as hoped for Lynne but I think clear communication would have probably gone a long way to remedy that.
