Great location, super comfortable seating in the living room and the bed was also comfy! Great location in town and near a fun path along the river.

The only confusion we experienced was we were given the wrong room number at check-in but it was quickly resolved. BEAUTIFUL place, well appointed and spacious. We will definitely stay here again.

Perfect for one person or two! It worked out great for me, served his base camp while I fished the area. Create location! You can walk to every restaurant.

I love this place! So cozy! The person I was texting about a couple of things is awesome. I needed more coffee, they brought me a whole bag and cinnamon rolls I will stay here again for sure. Oh, the bed is so comfy I really did not want to get up and going. Thanks for a great stay!

We did enjoy our stay. This place was comfortable and we really like how close it was to downtown. We could never connect to internet because we could not get password. We definitely would stay here again.

Property very convenient to town. Not a lot of parking but not an issue in the summer. Loved the bottom level except the big dogs upstairs . Was hoping for a bbq grill easier to access than at the rec center so didn’t use it. Bathroom faucet needs some repair. A few cobwebs near ceiling but nothing earth shattering. Didn’t use the rec center at all but have many times before in other units . Nice. All in all I would stay there again. Prices have increased a lot over the years for but haven’t they all.

No issues at all. Great stay.

The place was exactly as advertised. Easy check in/out process. Host was very responsive. Great location close to many Winter Park attractions.

They place was very clean, with easy access to anything, or place we needed. Only rated the pool low because we did not use, and would not allow for no rating.

Super clean and so peaceful. We didn’t want to leave. Went to sleep with the sounds of the river behind our room. In the morning it was so easy to go for a hike on the Frazer Trail.

Great place with accurate description.

The unit was exactly as described. Very clean and supplied with all needed kitchen necessities. Only recommendation would be to clear the bushes that run along the river to give a view of the river.
