Alpine View at The Iron Horse is adjacent to The Corridor. This top floor studio allows you hassle-free access to The Gondola, Trestle Bike Park and the heart of the Winter Park experience. Small Air Conditioning unit included for use during summer.

Locked and monitored guest bike storage on ground floor inside the parking garage!

Located on the top floor(elevator access), Alpine View has a vaulted ceiling and great views of Arapaho National Forest, gas fireplace, and can comfortably sleep 4. Located one unit and one flight of stairs from the bridge to The Corridor, Alpine View Condo will get you on the slopes/trails in minutes.

At the end of the day or for a homemade lunch our unit is a short walk/ride on The Corridor from the Winter Park base area.

The kitchen is well equipped with the essentials and plenty of counter space for meal prep. Blender, crockpot, coffee maker, pots, pans and baking dishes!

Outdoor gas grills are available for guest use throughout the complex property... even on the pool deck!

Both indoor garage and plenty of outside parking included.

Outdoor gas firepit on the pool deck offers a relaxing spot to enjoy the cool mountain evenings. A newly renovated work out room is also available for guests of the Iron Horse along with the large outdoor hot tubs and all season indoor/outdoor pool and in-locker-room sauna for your relaxation.

Enjoy activities, concerts, shopping and food/drink at Winter Park Resort base area a short distance away or grab a free shuttle to downtown restaurants, shops, and pubs. Find hiking trails and a wide array of all-season adventures nearby. Town of Winter Park Short Term Rental License # 022090

Just as advertised. Super cute, room enough for the three of us, very clean, nice pool and hot tub area, plenty of dishes to make a meal, and the available toiletries were a very nice bonus. The host was quick with a response when I reached out for something. The view was spectacular and the chairs on the patio were great for trying (unsucessfully) to spot some wildlife. I will say, I was not prepared for the drive there. If heights give you issues, you may want to zoom in on the roads to get there. This place was great and all three of my group would highly recommend.

A gem in winter park!

This was basically as good as it gets-excellent communication, a property that matched the description, lots of amenities and super close to town. We would absolutely stay here again! We all loved it!

Great location, great price, large space, very quiet and looks out over the forest - only potential issue was temperature (top floor, no AC) - left the balcony door open during our stay and it was manageable

Thank you for your review. Good to hear you enjoyed your stay. Most mountain condos at higher elevations (9000ft) do not have air conditioning and rely on fresh, cool air circulation from outside. We provide in-unit fans to circulate air from the balcony through the screen. At the time of your stay, mid/late September, the outside high temperature was around 65F and the low temperature was around 30F.

Noah was great to deal with - very responsive. The condo was just as listed on VRBO. The ski-out to the Corridor trail every morning was perfect and convenient down to the Gondola. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed for our stay. The Iron Horse complex was great - the hot tub and heated pool were nice after a day of skiing.

My wife and I are from Denver, Colorado. We just love being active and outside and in the mountains! We've been skiing/riding Winter Park together since the first month we met each other 17 years ago. It's been a dream of ours to have a base in the mountains from which to explore and we are happy to be able to share our place so others can relax, explore and enjoy the space and area.

Alpine View at The Iron Horse provides great location and access to all that the resort and area have to offer. The location, in between the Mary Jane base and Winter Park base, offers spectacular hiking/biking options in the summer and quick access on and off the mountain in the winter. When coming in on US40 from the south The Iron Horse complex is located just inside the first entrance to Winter Park Resort and has great community amenities for year round enjoyment.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

Our unit, which we call Alpine View, is on the 6th floor facing north west. If you stand at the window of the unit, the steep slope directly in front of you is alpine forest from top to bottom. Beautiful views year round. We really enjoy watching the snow build on the trees the night before a big powder day! Alpine View is our family condo as well as a rental, so we've tried to make it a comfortable and relaxing experience for all.
