This property has the best views from a beautiful patio Everything was clean. The instruction book was easy & just enjoyed hammocks, & hot tub! Host responded quickly to our text msg! Do not VRBO often but so glad we found this one! We are planning our next family visit!

This property was perfect for us. It is very centrally located, and the views were absolutely stunning. We loved spending time on the patio playing games, watching tv and relaxing after days of exploring. The house was clean, well-equipped and so comfortable. Michael was so quick to respond and the listing was exactly as described. Would definitely recommend!!

We enjoyed breathtaking views and close proximity to grocery stores & restaurants. The manager was quick to answer our questions. Plenty of towels and amenities.

Great location and beautiful outdoor space

We come up to Sedona at least once a year and the normal VRBO was not available this time so we booked this property. Owner was very friendly and accommodating and property was clean and well maintained. Has a great backyard space where the kids loved the hammocks and had comfortable outdoor furniture we all enjoyed. Perfect location close to uptown Sedona but also walkable to food and grocery. Close to hiking trails too. Great spot and we would stay here again!

Beautiful home with amazing views

We had a wonderful stay at this home. We were there for a week and were amazed daily by the beautiful views. No need to go out and find a pretty sunset. We had it every night from our patio! The house was comfortable, extremely clean and well equipped. Only a couple blocks from Whole Foods which was so convenient. We would definitely stay here again. We’ve stayed at several houses in Sedona, and this was the best!

Property was amazing for our son’s engagement proposal. Stunning views. Really beautiful pictures taken. Corn hole was fun. Barbecue worked great. Bedrooms worked out for everyone. Master suite was beyond stunning with sauna, cold plunge tub in bathroom, hammock and hot tub and breathtaking view from private patio and an awesome view. For our family celebration it was great.

Spectacular Home, Views & Location!!!

We’ve stayed in Sedona a handful of times and this was hands down the best place yet. The home is newer and beautifully designed.The pictures of the views do not do it justice. They are 10x better. And you get a full view of various rocks/mtns.Finally, the location is the best as you have easy access to everything and don’t have to deal with the heavy traffic in east Sedona. If you’re looking for a relaxing place with an amazing backyard setup to just enjoy the beautiful red rocks and refresh then this is the place. We will be back!!!!

This house has the most amazing views! The house was extremely clean when we arrived and it’s well equipped. We stayed for 5 nights and almost every meal was had there. We always had anything we needed when cooking at the home. All utensils, cookware is available and great quality. It truly was a home away from home.We loved the location because we had amazing views, but it was also so close to town. It’s a 5 minute walk to Whole Foods. Our drives to the various hiking locations were easy since it was so centrally located.Playing cornhole in the backyard was a constant every time we were home. The gas fire feature in the back was perfect for ambience and cool nights. Coming back to soak in the hot tub after our hikes always rejuvenated us for the next hike.The owner is very responsive to any and all questions. Our family created fantastic memories here. It was our first visit to Sedona and this home made the memories even better.

Unbelievable Home

First and most importantly, the host Michael was above expectations relating to communication and response to anything needed. He made our stay in this fantastic home perfect. Now on to this property, I have to say this home was PERFECTLY designed for where it was built. Jaw-dropping views is a complete understatement!!! There wasn't one item left out on how to make this the perfect vacation home in Sedona....I could go on and on with all the little pieces of greatness on this property, but it's best to just experience all it has and you will not be disappointed!!!

Breathtaking views!!! WOW!

AMAZING house and location. We had the best family trip over New Year’s and loved all of the home’s accommodations. We walked to almost everything, including Whole Foods. We got lucky with the weather, so we were able to enjoy all of our time outdoors and on the beautiful patio. This home offers some of Sedona’s most breathtaking views. Michael was very responsive and helpful from start to finish. He left detailed information about the house and area. We were all very comfortable and had plenty of room. We love to cook at home and the kitchen was perfectly equipped for each meal that we prepared. And big props on having top notch pillows. We’ve stayed in some of the nicest places and had our vacation ruined from bad pillows and neck pain. Every detail about this place was on point. Highly recommend!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
