Very nice property. Our host was great. Provided nice snacks and water for our activities. Three levels to spread out in. The stairs were easier before a long day of hiking!

We had an amazing stay! The home was spotless, beautifully furnished, and in the perfect location, making it one of the most relaxing and enjoyable trips we’ve had in a long time.

Great spot in St. George near Snow Canyon! We loved our stay here. House was clean and spacious. We were able to cook a great meal after a day of hiking … and really enjoyed the hot tub in the evening.Thanks for having a Park Pass as well! That was a great perk.

We loved our stay in this beautiful well appointed home. The owner was very responsive and helpful. Check in and out was smooth. In the home everything we could need was there and useable. We visited a few state and a National park in the area and this home was a perfect location. If you like adventure ask the owner about a UTV trip. We would definitely love to return in the future!

This was our second stay at Hilltop Tranquility and it was just as wonderful as our first. Karl is a thoughtful host, from leaving treats to accommodating our request for an early check in.The space was extremely comfortable for our group of six friends. We enjoyed the view and the hot tub each evening after hiking and exploring the area. We highly recommend Hilltop Tranquility as your home away from home in St. George!

We had a great stay at Hilltop Tranquility!! Close to attractions and less than an hour drive to Zion. Very clean property. Owner was very efficient in details with the property and check in!

Place was great, although we didn’t have a ton of time to enjoy it as we were gone early and back late most days. We did like the swaying patio chairs at night. Suggest a kettle for tea drinkers.

We had an amazing time at the property. The place was clean, comfortable, roomy, and thoughtfully set up. It really felt like a home away from home. We loved the view from the dining room with the huge windows, swinging chairs on the porch, the hot tub on the upper deck, and we appreciated all the little details that made the stay easy and relaxing. The owner was very efficient, and check-in was hassle-free.The only small suggestion would be to add a tea kettle for guests who enjoy tea or hot drinks.Overall, we’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Nice home with large garage

This is a wonderful place to stay. The view is amazing and a central location to Washington and St George. Communication with the owner was great.

Great Stay

Property was in a great location, spacious and comfortable. It was clean as a whistle. Karl, the property owner, was a pleasure to deal with. Would stay here again.

This is a great home and we plan to stay here again next time we are in St. George. It is a very unique location on top of a rock formation - with great views and is visible from far away in parts of St. George and Washington. The home is large with comfortable beds and all of the amenities you need - plus more! It feels like new construction and everything in the home works perfectly. We loved the large garage for loading and unloading our car and it felt very secure for overnight parking. We left our car unlocked in the garage most nights. It rained much of the time we were there (which we understand is unusual for St. George), so did not get a chance to use the balconies or hot tub, but they looked nice and we assume they would be nice places to hang out to watch sunrises/sunsets when the weather is good. Highly recommend this home if you are visiting St. George.

Excellent Property!

Beautiful home in excellent condition. Nice amenities and it was great having a full bathroom in every bedroom. Will definitely try to stay in this property if we return to St. George!

Golf Trip

Perfect for a golf trip. Brand new, modern, clean, as advertised. Great views and the hot tub was perfect after a day of golf. Karl was great to deal with. Excellent host. Had a really great stay and would highly recommend this place.

Great location and nice place

Stayed over Thanksgiving and it accommodated us nicely. Really appreciated communicating with Karl. Made it easy to get in and it had everything we needed. The hot tub was really loud at night but we just unplugged it.

Fabulous House & Location in St. George!

From the moment we stepped in, there were ‘wows’ from our entire family. The home was immaculate, beautifully appointed, well laid out for our multi-generational (extended) family. The location in St. George was perfect for our group, with easy access to our hikes and activities, while removed enough to feel nestled at night. We enjoyed commanding views of the town and mountains, hot air balloons in the morning skies, and sunsets. Between the quality of the house, organized instructions, and thoughtful treats, we loved every aspect of our stay. Thank you again, Karl, for a great vacation!

Everything was very clean and organized when we arrived. Has an awesome little booklet with their rules, but it also offers things to do and places to eat. Made it very clear what they'd like for the check out process and was very easy to get ahold of if we needed any questions or concerns addressed. Thankfully we didn't have anything that needed to be addressed, just things we wanted to inform about. They did offer to come in and fix them if we'd like though. Overall fantastic and would definitely stay here again! The location is great as well. Only about a 10 minute drive to downtown where almost all the food spots are and not far from activities!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The property is new and very clean with awesome views. The location is convenient and close to everything. Karl is a fantastic host and even surprised us with a sweet treat during our stay. If we are visiting Saint George again, we will definitely choose to stay here if it’s available.

It has some of the best views of the city AND is located close to everything. Shopping, eating, hiking, mountain biking, sporting tournament, UTV, and boating are all just a few minutes away from this location.

It has some of the best views of the city AND is located close to everything. The property is not your tradition VRBO with tons of units and people. Only 3 of the units in complex are vacation rental, the rest are 2nd homes, so very peaceful, no crowds, just peace and quiet.
