Come enjoy your stay in St. George in this recently remodeled luxury condo. Look no further because this condo has it all.

With 2000 square feet , this condo features two master suites with another bedroom and bathroom. The master suite has a king size bed, a TV, with a large bathroom featuring two sinks, a large shower and a garden tub. The other master suite also has a king size bed, a TV and a private bathroom. The third bedroom has a queen size bed, a TV, and is right next to the third bathroom. There are also six twin size sleeping mats with sheets and blankets. This unit will comfortably sleep 8 people.

The condo has a large kitchen with stainless steel refrigerator, microwave, range, and dishwasher. The kitchen has a large counter top and breakfast bar with stools. There is a dining area, family room, large deck with BBQ and table and chairs. The family room has a 60" TV. The unit also includes a washer and dryer, air conditioning, cable TV, and WiFi internet.

Las Palmas is a fabulous family resort offering many amenities for every vacationer. Las Palmas now owns the famous Green Valley Resort. The resort features six swimming pools, two hot tubs, two water slides and a diving board. There are also 8 basketball standards, volleyball, shuffleboard, mini golf, pickle ball, table tennis, a fitness center and a children's playground.

This condo is in the ideal location to enjoy all of southern Utah's many activities.

Very spacious condo with a nice view. Everything was perfect. The kids loved the pool. Host was rlvery responsive and we appreciates the detailed instructions and info sent before hand. Hope to visit again!

Great location, beautiful property

Property was clean, comfortable and very nice. The location was really centrally located to access multiple areas of St. George easily. Overall a great place to stay for the weekend.

Amazing Place

This condo was perfect, it was spacious and had a great view. The beds were comfortable, washer and dryer worked great. Kitchen/living area was roomy. We will definitely look to stay here again.

Love the property

It is in a great location. The area is quiet and relaxing. The property is great for a group with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. This is our 2nd time and hoping to stay again next year.

We give this place a 4/10. The layout of the condo was great. The cleanliness of condo was very poor…filthy deck, dirty carpets, mold in shower, 1/2 inch of dust on furniture, towels were clean but smelled bad, walls and baseboards need serious cleaning as well as bathroom fans. The condition of Las Palmas in general is average and needs updating as well as refurbishing. Location is good and host was quick to reply.

Thanksgiving get away

We always enjoy coming g to St. George and meeting up with family for the Thanksgiving weekend. This condo was very spacious and we liked having 3 bathrooms and the 2 master bedroom's. It worked great for all of us! It was clean and I would recommend it to my friends and family to stay here!

Really nice spacious, and clean condo.

This condo was perfect for our family trip to St. George. Spacious with 3 bedrooms and the 3 bathrooms were a huge plus. The unit was clean, easy to access and had plenty of extra blankets, towels and sleeping pads for extra guests. Can easily sleep 10. I would def stay here again.

Amazing!!

Second stay in this condo. Absolutely amazing accommodations! All the beds are comfortable, not just the master. Rooms are large. Extra sleeping mats are great for the kiddos. Spacious and quiet. Plenty of parking.

Great space and large kitchen! Beautiful views.

This condo had a great open set-up. The space felt large and spacious, well equipped kitchen with tons of counter space. Extra sleeping pads in the master closet for kids, which made for a fun sleepover! The views are beautiful, with a large patio. Beds were very comfortable and rooms worked perfectly space wise. We will rent again!

Amazing Rental

Holy cow, such a beautiful property. Super clean. Large rooms, all with TVs. Private bathrooms for two of the rooms. Gorgeous kitchen and living room. A lovely fireplace. The patio had a beautiful view for yoga in the morning. The pool was clean and gorgeous. We went to the hot tub a lot. The property was quiet and clean. We will definitely be returning.

Fabulous, roomy, clean condo

Wonderful condo. Peaceful, rural view from large balcony. There was dining table, seating around the kitchen island and balcony table that seats 6. Kitchen had plenty of dishes & pans. (we ate out every night - St Geo has many restaurants) Unit is close to stairs and elevator which was useful for 'super senior'. Resort has many amenities. Thank you for our wonderful stay!!

Fun Family vacation spot in St. George!

I can’t say enough good things about this place! It was very clean and spacious! My family of 7 felt like we had plenty of room to spread out. The beds were very comfortable and we all slept great! There were plenty of towels to use and towels for the pools. The kitchen was well stocked with everything I needed to use to cook. The sunset views from the balcony were beautiful! There were plenty of pools to choose from! My kids loved going to a new pool each day! We played pickleball and volleyball too! My kids have already asked us when we can come back!
