Channel Island Shores is a resort located one block from the beach where Owners and Guests can enjoy a variety of nearby water activities like a scenic gondola ride through the Channel Islands Harbor or a rugged adventure at Channel Islands National Park. One and two-bedroom units feature full kitchens, large living areas, and private patios or balconies, including some with hot tubs.

This listing is specifically for a hotel room located within a hotel, distinguishing it from typical residential or apartment accommodations.

- These are FOUR separate hotel rooms. Rooms are individually unique and may not be adjoining or adjacent, allocated based on availability upon arrival. The price is for all rooms.

- The property requires a damage deposit of USD 150/stay/unit on the credit/debit card provided. The deposit is required for EACH UNIT and is refunded IN FULL upon check-out.

- Early check-in is subject to availability upon arrival.

- Following property rules, the minimum age required for check-in is 18 years old.

- Upon arrival, a mandatory resort fee of USD 28/night/unit (plus tax) will be collected, this is not included in the daily rate. 

- The resort is currently undergoing state mandated balcony/stairs repair project. Efforts will be taken to reduce the impact on our guests as much as possible.

- Every effort will be made to keep you in the same unit throughout your stay, however, please note that a room move may be required.
