This property is an example of the least possible investment made into a property that is entirely built and appointed for short-term rental. The entire unit is concrete floors with very little to dampen any sound made in the unit. Any and all sounds, from the television to people speaking to the dishwasher and washer running, echoes throughout the unit. When we ran the washing machine in the laundry room, with the door closed, we could hear the machine in the bedroom furthest away. The interior doors are the least expensive, finished, hollow a store someone could buy. This is not a comfortable space and certainly doesn't resemble anything that a person would live in for any length of time. One of the bedrooms has no closet because the owners have the door locked - assuming that's where they keep their supplies. So everyone in the unit needs to use the closet in the other bedroom so if you have two couples you were going to have both couples going in and out of one bedroom for their clothing, their luggage, etc. originally, Airbnb was supposed to be an experience where you enjoyed someone else's home or apartment while they were not there. Maybe you rented a room in an established house but you were supposed to be staying in properties that were better than a hotel. Properties that resembled a cozy home or someone would live. But this unit, and the entire building it is in and the entire neighborhood is made up of incredibly shoddy, utilitarian, lifeless architecture.
