Brand new, modern, open space right in the heart of Downtown Chattanooga's Southside District. Stay a block away from many amazing restaurants, shops and the free electric shuttle that will take you all throughout downtown.

Private parking space and entrance, and plenty of street parking.

This is an open floor plan with a single bathroom off the master. So, anyone staying on the third floor will go through the master to get downstairs or to the bathroom. Perfect for couples and small groups.

This space was just what we needed for our Chattanooga stay! It’s in a great location with recommendations for food and activities nearby. Jacob was very communicative and check in and check out was super easy. Would definitely recommend!

The location could not have been more perfect. It was located in a safe part of the city while still being walkable to many restaurants. The kitchen was clean and very modern. The stairs were easy to navigate, even for a larger individual like myself. All in all, this property is GUARANTEED to help give anyone a wonderful stay in Chattanooga!

Great little townhouse right downtown. The home had everything we needed for a great few days in Chattanooga. We did find several dirty dishes in the cabinets but there was a dishwasher on site so it was not a big deal. The rest of the home was clean and well presented. There are several restaurants/brewerys within walking distance.

We chose this property for its modern look, proximity to downtown, and the walkability to dining, breweries, coffee, and shopping. It hit the mark. We also enjoyed walking and running in the nearby neighborhoods. The rooftop patio was great for morning coffee and evening sunsets. This is the perfect in-town getaway spot for a couple, but the top floor roll-out couch can easily accommodate another overnight guest. Beds are comfy and walk-in closet next to the bathroom houses the washer/dryer and plenty of space for luggage to keep it out of the bedroom. The kitchen has all the cookware and dishes you need to cook a meal, and some spices.Located on a main road, there is traffic noise, but there is also a lot of natural light through the many windows. Parking is steps away and easy to access from a side street. Jacob is a good host. The Vrbo description and photos are a true representation of the property. This was our 2nd week-long stay in Chattanooga and the perfect choice for exploring downtown.

Jacob was very up front and communicative. The noise level did not bother us but the small white noise machines were appreciated. We had a great stay and will book again next time we are in Chattanooga.

Great property! Our family really enjoyed the rooftop deck. Great touches if you’re worried about the busy street. The host provides fans and sound machines. My family had no issues with sleeping. Host was great with communication. Within walking distances to several restaurants and grocery store. Would recommend!

Great property and location

Home was in great condition with plenty of towels, blankets, pillows etc. Check in and check out was easy. Lots of great restaurants within walking distance - including Chattanooga Choo-Choo. Would definitely stay there again

Everything was clean and as said on the description. Only down side was location, as it is located on a main road, It wasn’t an issue for us, but definitely some car noise. Otherwise everything was great .

Easy rental experience. Good location on the outskirts of downtown. I've stayed in this neighborhood each of the past three years and this was probably the most centrally located. It's close enough to downtown to comfortably walk to the shuttle station and far enough away that it's still reasonably priced.

The property was exactly as described. Love the decor and Jacob was an effective communicator. We enjoyed the weekend attending a concert at Signal nearby, the Chattanooga Whiskey tasting tour, and enjoying other local eateries and bars on foot. We only got in the car to go to Ruby Falls. We did not cook here but the home was definitely well appointed with cookware, spices, towels, amenities, off street parking, 3rd floor exterior patio and super cozy for a couple. The bed is a bit firm and the noise on the street at night can be loud at times, but we truly look forward to coming back again! Thank you for sharing your lovely home Jacob!!!!!!

Great place to stay in downtown Chattanooga. Perfect for the Chattanooga Marathon weekend. We could walk to the starting line. Place was very clean and had all the amenities we could need. Private parking in the back was nice, although a little tight. Only thing we didn't like was the traffic noise in the evenings. It was a little loud at time, especially sirens. However, didn't notice it too much when it was time to sleep.

Great location and comfortable.The only detractor was the traffic noise, but not a deal breaker and nothing the owner can fix anyway.We made sure we walked, hiked and got busy enough to fall asleep regardless of noise.We'd stay here again.Had a great weekend!

This home was clean, comfortable, easy to access. The neighborhood was within easy walking distance of good restuarants. The traffic was a little loud, but it calmed down after about 11 pm, so not an issue for us. The host, Jacob, was quick to answer questions and offer suggestions for our trip both before and during our stay. Would definitely stay there again.

Love this little condo. Excellent location. Super comfortable bed. Only negative is the street noise. I’d wear earplugs to sleep next time. Would definitely stay here again.

Convenient location, close to restaurants, bars, and art galleries. Nice spacious apartment with full fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and well stocked dishes and cutlery. Nice third floor balcony with amazing view. Responsive and helpful host. A MUST STAY if you are in the area

Best VRBO ever!

We loved this house SO much. It was so nice, clean, organized, and beautifully decorated. Location was awesome as well. Parking was easy. We barely drove because most stuff was in walking distance. We will definitely be back to this VRBO!

Wonderful place to stay central to downtown

Jacob in his place are absolutely wonderful. So super clean it's unreal, so insanely close to places downtown that it will save you parking times 10. You can literally just park at the place and walk to everything after a day of being out and about. I can't get over how great the stocking of the room and bathroom is, it's literally everything you need. Highly recommend and we'll definitely be back.

The property was exactly as described and fit the needs of our family of 4 perfectly! The location is close (even walkable) to quite a few top rated restaurants and a quick drive to a lot of other great things that Chattanooga has to offer. The property is on somewhat of a busy road, but the host provides noise machines on both sleeping levels (floors 2 & 3) to help decrease the sounds. The kitchen has all you need & the living space is small but very comfortable. We loved enjoying the sunset from the third floor balcony!
