You are not only surrounded by all South West Florida has to offer like many great restaurants and Tiki bars with live entertainment, amazing beaches and boating excursions as well as great kayaking and fishing however, you will be enjoying all of this from a very quiet, serene and safe neighborhood on a dead end street with almost no traffic yet in the middle of all the attractions.

3 bedrooms 2 baths, a pool room and bar, dinning room, breakfast bar, full newly updated kitchen with all new appliances.
Large outdoor pool deck and pool with screened in cage all built in 2021. , outdoor dinning area with plenty of sun and shade with an amazing view of the Gulf Access canal water way that leads to the Gulf of Mexico.
Easy access with the front door code
No Parties or gatherings of any kind. The authorities will be called.
No boarding boats.
No fishing near boats.
Fishing at cement sea wall only.
No smoking of any kind.

One of my favorite features of this Mediterranean style tropical oasis is the Gulf Access canal in the back yard. Occasionally we see Dolphin and Manatee frolic in and out of our canal as they search for food. It only happens several times a year but it seems magical every time.
