Property was clean and fully equipped with amenities. No issues with anything. Comfortable house with extras like backyard fire pit and barbecue. Quiet area. Enjoyable stay. Will return when in the area again.

Wonderful Stay

We enjoyed our trip to NC and staying at this location was a blessing with very comfortable beds and a peaceful neighborhood. We highly recommend!

Overall a good experience. Had a couple issues that were resolved quickly. Not a bad location. Easy to get to. It is in a small community. Area is nice. Quiet. Right of the main highway. I would recommend. I would bring fans though. No ceiling fans and even though the houses gets cool, air got a little stagnant for us. Had to purchase some small fans. But hey, that is just us.

Terrible Check-In Experience – Left Out in the RainOur arrival was awful. We arrived in the dark to find no porch light on, making it impossible to see anything. To make matters worse, the door code provided did not work.I had to repeatedly get out of my car in the pouring rain to try the lock, leaving me completely distraught. Customer service was unhelpful and kept demanding video proof of the broken code, which I sent multiple times to no avail. Because of this unacceptable check-in failure, I have demanded a full refund. I would not recommend staying here.

This is our 2nd year to host Thanksgiving here. The location was perfect for us, close to grocery store and the parks for the grand kids. We are out of town but my dad lives in town. This host provided us a comfortable place to cook and eat the Thanksgiving dinner.

Visiting grandkids

We went to spend the weekend and visit our grandkids. The neighborhood is quiet. The house was nice. The description said hot tub and there wasn't one. That was disappointing. But we had a very nice stay. Lots to do close by. Great location.

Cute house

Cute house with a convenient location. We had everything we needed. The listing said there was a king bed in the master, but there wasn't. Other than that, everything was good. I was surprised for a small town how many good restaurants there were. Thank you!

We had several issues with the house & the host was unreachable/unresponsive. The house was dirty & had roaches. One of the beds had dirty sheets with hair all over them, both of the showers were not draining well, and the coffee pot had moldy coffee in it. The master bathroom door sticks in the upper right corner & I actually got stuck in the bathroom. My teenage nephew had to force the door open so I could get out. We actually left the house & went to stay at a hotel. The host did not respond to texts or app messages for a day or two. She said she was out of the country, and she is still refusing to refund us, even after sending her photos of the roaches & explaining the other issues with the home.

Perfect for what i needed

This place did exactly what i needed, a place to sleep. I traveled with my family, 2 adults and 3 teenagers and my adult son (who lives there in Cameron) stayed the nights with us. As mentioned we didn't explore the property much as most to all our time there was for sleeping. I think a pullout couch in the living room would've been great as my younger son (16, 6'4" tall) slept there, and a TV in each room would've beneficial especially for bedtime which was what our time there was.

Great house!

We were visiting family in Sanford and tgus home was perfect for our week long stay. This small 3BR/2BA home is located in a quiet neighborhood just west of US1, with easy access to that thoroughfare, as well as the local Kiwanas Park and splashpad and downtown Sanford. The open concept living area and kitchen are small, but adequately appointed. All necessary appliances available in kitchen, making meal prep easy. Seating for 6 at the dining table. Three bedrroms are nice sized, with queen beds in each. The bathroom off the hall has a full tub and the second, off the master, with a stand alone shower. Home is nicely decorated in soft colors. Parking adequate for 2 vehicles and some streetside also available. Pre-arrival communication with manager was quick and easy. We would be happy to return!

The house was very charming. We loved all the little surprises and the fact we could bring our dogs. The huge fenced in yard was great. Our only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer.

Property was clean on arrival. Check in was fast and easy. TV's in all three bedrooms was great, especially for having kiddos along. Excellent location close to restaurants and highways if traveling while staying. Quiet neighborhood.
