Location & Accessibility

Our building is conveniently located on a main road in Kettering, offering easy access to shopping, dining, and entertainment. However, the unit itself is situated at the back of the building, providing a quieter, more private retreat away from street noise.
🛡️ Guest Verification & Fees – Truvi guest verification is required. A $35 damage waiver applies per stay.
🚶‍♂️ Please note: This unit is on the second floor and requires stairs for access. If you have any questions about accessibility, feel free to reach out before booking!
Pet Policy: We love pets! Approved dogs only ($100 fee for 1 dog; extra fees for more). No pets on furniture, please. Pick up all waste. Crate if left alone. Guests are responsible for any damage. Thanks for helping us keep the home cozy and clean! Please reply "I agree" to confirm.

Cancellations:
We understand that plans change. However, we incur costs as soon as a reservation is confirmed. For this reason, all cancellations are subject to a 10% non-refundable processing fee. This covers administrative time, merchant fees, and platform charges that are not returned to us upon cancellation.

If you cancel within the refund window of your selected cancellation policy (e.g., 14 days before check-in), you will receive a refund minus the 10% fee.

If you cancel outside the refund window, standard cancellation terms will apply based on the policy selected at the time of booking.

We strongly recommend trip insurance to protect your travel plans in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

Parking & Entry Instructions
For easy access, please enter the building through the back door, located behind the property. Simply pull into the driveway and park in your designated garage spot, which corresponds to the unit you rented—this will be your parking space for the duration of your stay.

🚗 Bringing a second vehicle? Please do not park in another guest's garage spot. Instead, use the street parking along the front of the building.

The most convenient way to get around is by personal vehicle, but public bus lines are nearby, and Uber, Lyft, and other rideshare services are readily available in the area.

This location is on a corner of a neighborhood and a main road in area East Kettering. Easy access via I-675 & OH35 to WPAFB, USAF Museum, Wright State, Cedarville University or to downtown Dayton where you will find the University of Dayton, Victoria Theatre, The Schuster Performance Arts Center, many microbreweries and multiple fine dining restaurants. 💰 Same-Day Bookings – Reservations made between 4PM - 6 PM require a $200 refundable security deposit, returned within 7 days after checkout if no damage occurs.
