The Mill House

Open transitional concept with two living areas, 3 large bedrooms and 2baths. House activities available include horse shoes (outdoors) and foosball (indoors). Enjoy the beautiful, fenced backyard while grilling under the gazebo with a cold beverage. There are two backyard patio's available. Home is walking distance to the Granbury square, which is filled with restaurants, shops, museums, and entertainment. Granbury is famous for it's small town feel, festivals, and celebrations. TV's located in the two living area's and both large bedrooms. The bunkbed bedroom does not have a TV.

The beach is only five minutes, by car, away with water activities including fishing, kayaking, sailing, and skiing.

Don’t be misled by the exterior pics of this gem. It’s a wonderful find in a great location in a quiet neighborhood. The interior is open and friendly to family gatherings. Kitchen and bathrooms are sparkling clean. The hosts stocked the kitchen with a great Keurig coffeemaker and lots of pods. Our little dachshund was welcome and enjoyed roaming in the well-fenced backyard. Any questions or concerns were addressed quickly and courteously. You simply can’t go wrong with this one!

We loved it. Our trip was for Tarleton State University family weekend and it was perfect. We hope to stay there next year for same events. Very peaceful house and near store if we need anything

Ideally located for Family visit.

The property is located such that we easily attended to business in Stephenville, Weatherford, and Ft. Worth.The house is nicely set up, and immaculately clean.

Perfect stay

Lots of room... Beautiful inside. Very clean, quiet neighborhood in a great location. Comfy beds and very comfortable overall. We would rent this home again in a heartbeat.

Wonder Home Close to the Square

We loved the decor and layout of the home. It was very updated. The owners supplied everything we needed and the location was just a short walk or drive to the square.

Beautiful home

Beautiful home. Lots of room, space for teenagers. LOL. Also we were able to bring our dogs. Love, love love that. Perfect location from the square. Loved walking around the Fall Fair. Wound love to stay there again.

Immaculate and Great Location

These property owners thought of everything. The Mill house with its resort type decor greeted these weary travelers with the feeling of royality. TV in every room. There are rooms/space for seclusion if u desire. Large private backyard. There is a large field neighbor so pack the bikes, frisbee and/or football. The historic Granbury square is within walking distance. Holiday traffic on the square is a slow go. This location is convenient for using side streets and avoid the square traffic. We were not expecting all this for the reasonable nightly price.

Fun birthday baptism

Such a beautiful house in the quaint town of Granbury, less than 10 mins from a little beach off the square and everyone in our group truly enjoyed themselves. We had so much fun making new memories and the house felt like a Disney dream, we had to get used to the new technology and lol I couldn’t figure out the airfryer but it was truly a spectacular time. I definitely recommend this house for groups of family and friends, it was a comfortable stay, now if you are on the taller side my friend said that the toilets were too tiny and it was hard to sleep in the den area because the barn door lets in light. We also saw a couple of spiders in the home but outside of that no complaints it was a perfect getaway. The backyard was huge for our dogs to run around and Lana, Steve, and Juanita were so attentive making sure we had everything we needed and they were so sweet checking in to make sure we were having a good time! Check out the house on the Mills you will make unforgettable memories here.
