Tampa Gem

We enjoyed our stay in Tampa. This 5 bedroom , 3 bath home provided a great place for 10 adults and 4 children to gather for a week. The heated pool was amazing and our family enjoyed that very much. The kitchen, family room, and pool room were also great places to gather We would have loved some better weather but no guarantees with that.The host was very responsive!

Final four

Home was very spacious for the 10 of us. The online listing is not exactly correct. There is no hot tube. The master bedroom does not have a queen bed and pull out couch. Top of stairs is alittle dangerous and could probably use a railing on top. Overall home is great. Had problem in one of the bathrooms and host responded and fixed situation. Great communication of host!

Great place and stay

House was clean, nice neighborhood and close to everything we wanted to do. We had a group of 8 for a golf trip and had enough room. We enjoyed the outside area the most, would have used the pool more but the water was chilly. We didnt really use the pool table and games but it was nice to have if we wanted. Lots of stores close by and house was 15-20 min to downtown. We would definitely stay again when back in area

Owner was messy

She booked the house for the same days for to different family and we all flew in than she cancelled my reservation than said I had to rebook to stay on the permises for a different date so she can charge me again cause she canceled it. There was no sink stopper nor no hot water in the kitchen and handle in the shower was broken and in the kitchen. The rugs in the bathroom was dirty. Than said none of it was not her fault and the other people flew in and had to stay at the home that I rented for 3 hr cause they didn’t have anywhere to stay

Good space, but had some issues

Hello first off we would like to thank you for allowing our stay to enjoy a family vacation. The place was well suited with sleeping quarters to accommodate our large party. Although there was a few things we noticed that we would like to share: 1. Kitchen & hygienic necessities: As we rented the house to well suit 10+ guest we would hope that there were enough plates and bowls to serve a full party. Recommend that Pantry Essentials are not included or available. This did put a burden on our trip as we had to budget and make time to purchase kitchen utensils, simple spices (salt, pepper, cooking oil, etc.), plates, dish soap, paper towels. 2. Heated Pool & Missing Hot Tub: In the listing of the house it was stated that there would be a hot tub, there was no hot tub available, but a heated pool with no instructions on how to turn off the heat. As the weather was pretty warm we could have benefited from instructions to turn down the heat of the pool. 3. Toilet in Master Bathroom: The toilet in the master bedroom was broken. One of the guest sat on the toilet and slipped. 4. The stairs: At the second floor it is a bit alarming and worrisome that there is no railing to barricade the stairs. As the walk way is a bit tight, it would be safer. 5.Additional Guests: We were unaware that there was another space where people were being hosted. Lack of Notification for our family was unacceptable. Should have been disclosed or added to your listing.
