Spacious house with a pool in Westhampton

We have enjoyed our time in Russ's house (Aug 2020) a lot. The house is spacious (5 bedrooms!) with a large living space, a nice deck, and a pool. Plenty of kitchenware and a relatively new grill supported our culinary explorations. The pool is not heated, but it was hot enough and the swims were refreshing - lots of fun for the kids. There are a couple of beaches about 20 min away we were able to go to and enjoy. Russ has beach chairs and boogie-boards in the house, which was a plus. We have not taken advantage of the tennis court, but it is there along with rackets and plenty of balls! Communications with Russ were great and he was very helpful with explaining how things worked and took care of the property maintenance while we were there. Will definitely consider this property in the future!

Beautiful tranquility!

This was an amazing vacation rental. The house is exactly as advertised. The back deck looks over a beautiful inlet with lovely sunrises and sunsets. The tennis court was well maintained and the owners were very accommodating and available. We will absolutely stay here again!

August rental

We had a wonderful month at this comfortable child friendly home on a quiet street with a peaceful creek. The interior of the house is very spacious with 5 bedrooms and the upstairs is very private with brand new AC units. The outside deck area is very serene with a pool overlooking a creek and a new picnic table for dining outside. The BBQ worked great. With a tennis court and ball machine and a stand up arcade machine we were never at a loss for activities and my kids never once said they were bored the entire month! The jacuzzi hot tub in the master bath was a real treat. The kitchen is simple and has everything you need. Of particular importance the owner is lovely to deal with, very responsive, and made arrangements to accommodate us and address any questions or issues. The neighbors on the street were also very pleasant and it's a short ride to town and overall conveniently located.

Great hamptons getaway

We spent a week in August during the peak summer season. The home was well-appointed and comfortable with plenty of space for 2 families if needed, a nice kitchen with all the basics to cook your own meals. The tennis court and pool (with childproof fence) were great amenities to start or end the day with after a day at the beach or exploring the many nearby attractions. Very quiet neighborhood with good degree of privacy and beautiful creek views to start your morning with coffee or end your day with a glass of wine.
