Desert evenings in La Quinta hit differently - warm air carrying the faint scent of creosote, the fire pit glowing amber against a darkening sky, and nothing on the agenda but deciding whether to slip into the hot tub or pull up something on the outdoor TV. This PGA WEST retreat is built for groups who want the full desert experience: sun-drenched days, alfresco dining, and a backyard that earns its keep from morning coffee to late-night stargazing.

Outdoor living
The private backyard is the heart of the home. A heated pool and hot tub anchor the space, both available year-round and open 24 hours - with pool heating complimentary in summer months (85-95°F naturally) and available for $50/day to reach 88°F between October and May. A fire pit, multiple seating areas, and a putting green give everyone somewhere to land, while a BBQ grill, outdoor dining table for 8, and automatic misters make the patio a place you`ll return to throughout the day. An outdoor TV rounds out the setting for evenings under the stars.

Sleeping arrangements
Three bedrooms and a pullout sofa sleep up to 8 guests with room to breathe. The primary suite offers a king bed, an ensuite bathroom, and direct access to the pool and patio. A second bedroom features a queen bed, a workspace, and its own ensuite bath. The detached casita provides a king bed, desk, and private ensuite - ideal for guests who want a bit of separation. The living room`s full-sized pullout sofa rounds out the sleeping arrangements, and air mattresses are available upon request.

Game room & indoor entertainment
The converted garage game room - fully air-conditioned - brings the fun indoors when the desert sun peaks. A pool table, dart board, and additional entertainment options keep the energy going, and one garage parking spot remains available within the space. The main living area features comfortable seating, a TV, and board games for quieter evenings in.

Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen handles everything from quick breakfasts to full group dinners, with a central island, oven, stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, and a dedicated coffee station stocked with a Keurig, Nespresso, and French press. Cooking basics, wine glasses, a blender, and BBQ utensils are all on hand. The dining table seats up to 8, keeping the whole group together for meals.

Bathrooms
Three and a half bathrooms serve the home, each with hot water and quality essentials. Shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and shower gel are provided, along with a hair dryer and bathtub access.

Essentials & safety
The home is equipped with central air conditioning, central heating, ceiling fans, and in-unit washer and dryer. Bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, hangers, and clothing storage are all provided. A crib and Pack `n Play/travel crib are available upon request. Safety features include exterior security cameras (doorbell cam, yard gate cam, and driveway cam), smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit.

Parking & location
Free residential garage parking (1 space available due to game room setup), free street parking, and an EV charger are all on-site. Situated within PGA WEST, the home is a short walk from the clubhouse and within 4 miles of the Empire Polo Fields - close to golf, dining, and major festival venues including the grounds that host Coachella and Stagecoach.

Good to know
Check-in is after 4:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out may be available at no extra charge - contact the property manager to request. Self check-in is via keypad; a unique code is issued per reservation. All guest names must be registered with the security gate - contact the property manager through the app to add names to the list.

Hot tub heat is complimentary. Pool heating is $50/day to reach 88°F, needed October through May only. Mid-stay cleaning is available for an additional fee. The home has HOA noise limit requirements - guests are welcome to bring a Bluetooth speaker. We do not recommend shipping packages directly to the home.

This property does not allow pets, with the exception of certified service animals under the ADA. Proper documentation will be required at time of booking.
We highly recommend travel insurance for any unforeseen circumstances. Our cancellation policies are firm.

Please carefully review all PGA Signature Community Rules, all tickets will come out of the deposit.

PARKING- All vehicles must be parked in the garage/driveway (Can`t be hanging into the street or the HOA will ticket) additionally 2 vehicles are allowed on the street.

VEHICLE SIZE- SPRINTER VANS are not allowed in PGA Signature. No commercial size vehicles.

VEHICLE PASSES- All passes must be displayed on the windshield or patrol will ticket.

NOISE ORDINANCE:
Quiet enjoyment hours are from 10:00PM-7AM. Outside use is limited to quiet conversation only. No music or amplified devices from cell phones to Bluetooth devices are allowed. Citations will come out of the renters deposit, PGA West is a zero tolerance community, if security is called a fine will be imposed.

Loud noise isn`t permissible anytime of the day, per city (max 70 decibels from 7am-10pm) and is considered disrupting the peace of permanent residents, noise violations incur a $1000 fine (taken out of deposit) and possible eviction. Thank you for respecting our local residents!

PETS- If you plan on bringing your certified service animal or emotional support dog we would appreciate communication and documentation prior to check in to supply to the home owners:).

POOL/HOT TUB (RELEASE & WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT)

You understand that you accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from swimming and all accidents that may happen on the property and hold the owner harmless. You understand there are potential dangers with swimming and may present a danger to adults who consume medication, alcohol, or drugs and children who are not carefully supervised. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and the consequences of those in your party. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against the owner for accidents or claims arising from swimming, exposure to any of our plants that can be poisonous if eaten, or any other activities on the property.

Renter shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless the property owner, its respective affiliates and partners from and against all demands, suits, judgments, settlements, claims, damages to persons and/or property, fines, liens, losses, and other liabilities, including attorneys` fees arising out of or in any way related to your stay in our property and its surrounding land including claims for loss or damage to any property or for death or injury to any individual. owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises or facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to the property.
