This wonderfully constructed home is centrally located close to the private entry and clubhouse in the gorgeous Spanish Bay Development of PGA West. A completely detached 3350 square foot residence located on the 18th hole of The Nicklaus Tournament Course. From the moment you walk through the gate and view the well-appointed courtyard and lighted fountain you will agree this is THE place to entertain and relax. Inside this beautiful home please take a moment to admire the work of the private client designer who put great effort into creating a living space that which is an experience unto itself.
