$90 RESORT FEE DUE UPON ARRIVAL TO LONG ISLAND VILLAGE RESORT. 1 bed/1bath inside this beautiful gated resort! Fully equipped kitchen has pots and pans, cutlery. Large Covered porch/patio with GRILL! Ceiling fan in the bedroom, Roku/Smart Tv & free 5G wifi. Fantastic outdoor deck/patio area that is great to entertain friends & family with the outdoor grill & BBQ. Sleeps 4 people comfortably with couch. With our cottage you get starter kits of toilet paper and paper towels. (W/D) in unit. Fish, swim, golf or do nothing but relax. Resort has SO MUCH to offer! Community has outdoor pool, indoor heated pool, fitness, golf, tennis,PICKLEBALL, billboards and miniature golf! There is a pet park basketbsall and shuffleboard.Resort also hosts bingo night every Friday, Weekly Card Games, Arts & Crafts Room, Dance Lessons, Shuffleboard & so much MORE! 5 min to beach!
