The Space:

𝑺𝒂𝒍𝒕𝒚 𝑺𝒌𝒚𝒍𝒊𝒏𝒆 is a Gulf-front 3BR / 3BA located at Beach Club Resort & Spa: 18 Via de Luna.

Unit #403, 4th floor



**Ongoing Construction:



Indoor Pool Ceiling Repairs – Beginning October 15, 2026 (2 Week project). The indoor pool will be closed throughout the project for everyone's safety.

Outdoor Pool & Hot Tub Resurfacing – Beginning November 1, 2026 (10 Week project). The outdoor pool and outdoor hot tub will be closed throughout the project.

$Discount has already been applied during this time frame.



Please note, there is a new building construction next door to Beach Club. While, we cannot offer a timeline, the project did start July 2026. While it does not disturb the grounds or parking of Beach Club, we do expect construction noise during this project.

Guest Bedroom 2: Twin + Twin Bunk (3 twin beds), private bath with walk-in shower only.

NOTE: Beds for 7. Max occupancy is 8.

There is NOT a sleeper sofa.

Guest Access:

Guests receive a gate code for entry to the property and access to the private parking lot. The condo also has its own private entrance with a unique guest code for easy, secure access. Our office is located just one block away, so we’re always nearby if guests need anything during their stay. 🌴



The Neighborhood:

Beach Club Resort & Spa is centrally located on Pensacola Beach and offers a secure, gated property for added peace of mind. Entry codes are required for both the gate and building, providing guests with a private and comfortable stay.



The resort features wonderful amenities for all ages, including a beautiful outdoor pool and hot tub, as well as a heated indoor pool and hot tub perfect for year-round relaxation. Guests can also visit the on-site Aqua Spa and enjoy complimentary access to the sauna and steam room. A large, well-equipped fitness center is available for those who like to stay active while on vacation.



Every condo at Beach Club features a Gulf-front balcony with breathtaking views of the emerald waters and white sandy beaches.
