Beach Club, a Resort Residence and Spa, is a gulf front property with shopping and dining just steps away from the front door. The Resort offers a 9000 square foot exclusive concept spa and retreat located on the first floor, an extraordinary health and fitness club featuring customized body treatments, facial treatments, massages and other luxurious salon experiences. Beach Club is part of the core area on this beautiful island and offers a refreshing lifestyle with open-air shopping, fine restaurants serving fresh local seafood, all within walking distance.

Residence on the 15th floor features a Designer Kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, Dining Room faces Gulf with breakfast bar, Living Room features gulf front views, floor to ceiling tinted glass, Balcony is 37 feet with tile floor and stainless steel outdoor cooking center, Master suite has King bed, floor to ceiling glass door to balcony, his and hers vanity with granite tops, walk-in shower and Large whirlpool spa bath, Guest suites have private bath and closets. All rooms have flat panel TV's. Second bedroom has a king bed and third bedroom has a queen bed.

Located on the 15th floor directly above pool. Over 1600 square feet of luxury plus 350 square feet of balcony overlooking swimming pool.

First time to Pensacola Beach

Really great property for our 3 night stay. We were short a few beach towels, but managed to have great beach time. Property is well maintained and we would book here again. Very comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen.

5 adults stayed for 4 nights. Super easy check in, convenient parking. Love the 15th floor view!!! Great property with indoor/outdoor pool and great beach access. Loved it, would definitely stay again!

Condo was clean and well stocked. There were even beach towels available for our use. Tonya was easy to work with and all directions were clear. Beach Club is a beautiful property.

The Best Place to Book in Pensacola Beach

First impressions are always the most telling. When we checked in I sent my adult children up to the room to make sure the door code worked. They met me in the parking lot and gave me an emphatic thumbs up and said it was the nicest condo we have ever booked. When I entered the room I had the same thought. Three bedrooms, all with private bathrooms. The nicest balcony you could ever want. Spacious well stocked kitchen and so much more. The facilities, pools, and beach services were exceptional. The facility is in walking distance to Flounders and Crabs restaurants and many shops and stores. Finally, working with Tonya was one of the most positive experiences I have ever had with a property owner. She is fantastic. If you’re going to spend your vacation in Pensacola Beach I would give my highest recommendation that you book this unit.

Beautiful View

The place was perfect for 6 people, very clean, comfy beds and everything you need for everyday living. Pool was clean and the balcony was amazing. Location was also perfect.

Pensacola Wedding

We stayed at this property the weekend of my niece’s wedding. The owner is very responsive and easy to work with. Everything is like the pictures online. It is well stocked with kitchen ware and household essentials. The property has great amenities and in a great (walkable) location. I highly recommend

Great experience all around

Everything about our vacation was excellent. The condo was great with amazing views, clean, well furnished, and easy process for checking in and out. Tonya was accessible and provide all the info and communication needed. I will definitely book again.

Spring Break with Teens

We very much enjoyed our stay. The owner communicated promptly when I had questions. The beach views are incredible and it is soooooo nice to have a functioning ice maker in the condo. The balcony is very spacious and the bedrooms are comfortable. The master bath shower has a very nice rain showerhead. Nice TVs are in each room though we did not use them.

Loved, Loved, Loved

Great Condo! Very clean , every kitchen appliance you could ever need. Beds were great & most importantly the BALCONY was fabulous!!! Easy in & out. Spa ( I’ll be sure to use on my next stay). Adult hours for the inside pool & sauna. Will definitely stay again. Worth every penny.

Beautiful condo on the beach

The condo was beautifully decorated and the view of the ocean was so relaxing. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for our family meals. We had an issue with the front door not locking. I called the owners of the condo and they came out the same day and resolved the issue. They were very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be requesting this condo again for our next visit!

Beautiful beach rental

Perfect place for family vacation

This condo has the space for family to stay together. The kitchen is stocked with a variety of cooking and baking pans as well as seasonings. So no need to haul your own. Being on the 15th floor is great to avoid area noise. Having coffee and breakfast on the balcony you can hear the soothing music from Fairfield Inn pool area. They play yoga type music. I highly recommend this unit.

This one’s a keeper

I have stayed in multiple Beach Club condos. There are a few that are on my do not return to list. This one is a keeper. The condo was very well stocked and the beds were super comfortable. I will definitely return to this one often.

Great condo and great view!

The owner was so helpful before we got there! She explained everything we needed to know! The condo was as nice as the pictures showed and the view of the beach and water is fabulous from the patio! We all had a great time and plan on going back next year!

We are a local couple who have enjoyed the beautiful beaches all our lives. With hundreds of places to buy, we chose our own back yard because there is nothing more spectacular than the beautiful white sands and blue-green waters.

We had been considering buying on Pensacola Beach for years. When we walked in to the Beach Club and saw the views from our balcony, we thought we were on a cruise ship - all you could see was the beautiful ocean. Add the fantastic health club facilities - and we had found our second home.
