The property was conveniently located downtown, within walking distance to many things. Otherwise, it’s a short drive to almost anything. There is a bus stop across the street from the house, which can be noisy from the living room, but the rear and center bedrooms are quiet as a tomb and cozy. The host made check in and check out very easy and was responsive to a question that I had.

The host was exceptionally helpful and considerate, promptly addressing any needs I had shortly after booking. Booking and check-in were both seamless, even for first-time renters. The home I stayed in with my group was immaculate and spotless. It provided additional amenities such as pillows and towels, and a washer and dryer were available for laundry needs. Each bedroom was appropriately sized, featuring comfortable beds and clean linens, which was a significant factor for me.However, I recommend bringing an extension cord for devices, as the sockets are located near the doors rather than bedside tables. Additionally, the host mentioned that there is only one closet. If you are seeking a safe, comfortable, clean, and quiet place close to numerous activities, this property is an excellent choice.

Exactly as described, comfortable stay for myself and my family and convenient location with plenty of free on street parking, as we were in town for a wedding and to visit family.

Great property, super responsive property owner. Great location, just at the edge of downtown. The only odd thing was that it's such an old building that the floors were a little warped in places, and not level. Other than that, great property!

Nice little place

Stayed here after a pipe collapsed in my own home, so this was local. Nice little apartment to stay at. Wonderful contact with the owner! I will stay here again if I need somewhere local!

Great location!

My family stayed here to celebrate my son’s wedding in Troy. The apartment was clean, comfortable, felt safe, and was fairly priced. Highly recommend.

Uncle Sam’s retreat

The floors are NOT flat but you get used to it pretty quickly. Very clean and sunny apartment. It has a decently stocked kitchen and washer/dryer (very handy on a long trip). It’s a great location for us and we would be happy to stay here again.

Perfect place to stay in Troy!

We were in town for my son to participate in a wedding in Troy. The location is very central to restaurants, grocery and shopping. The check-in and entry/exit of the property was very clear and easy. James, the property manager, was incredibly accommodating and available to answer any of our questions or concerns. He really went the extra mile and it was very appreciated.

Easy, Clean, Comfortable

We had a nice stay in this apartment over a long weekend in September. The unit is nicely renovated. It was very clean. The furnishings and furniture were in good shape and were comfortable. Lots of towels, also in good shape. Extra bedding/pillows were provided as well. Check in was a breeze. Checkout was a breeze. Overall the unit is a simple space and our group of five enjoyed our stay.
