Amazing place, breathtaking view

Well equipped, great location, the host was excellent with communication! I strongly recommend it and we will go back for another girls weekend!

Great stay at Maison Laurentienne

The house is well equipped, elegant and has a fantastic view. It’s a short walk away to a great bakery and a short drive to many of the Island’s great attractions. We had a lovely time here.

Beautiful cottage with insane view

Beautiful experience. The inside of the cottage was really clean and spacious. My friends and I really appreciated the sauna and the terrasse at the top of the cottage. The view of the St. Lawrence river and the view of the mountains were really out of this world.

Super Spot for Rest & Relaxation - Exactly as Advertised

This is an absolutely beautiful property. The location is spectacular. Its very quiet with an unbelievable view of the St Lawrence river and the mountains. But you're 1000 feet away from a lovely bakery, fruit stand and small grocery store. Just down the road within walking distance is a great brew pub that serves probably the best food on the island in a lovely setting, The location is perfect for a relaxing getaway. The property itself is great. Its newly built with all the amenities req'd. A beautiful kitchen, nice decor and great beds. Good wi fi throughout. Outdoor facilities are super too. Lot's of comfy chairs, BBQ and a very high end hot tub also with a great view.

Over charging

A room and the bathroom had cobwebs on the ceiling. I had no intention of making an issue of it but told the owner as positive feedback so that the next guest would not see that. We also had ants in the place and the stove did not work.. The owner instead of being grateful that I did not make a big deal of all this, instead falsely accused us of misusing the hot tub. We treated everything with care and followed the instructions and he then sent me a bill to drain.

Thank you for taking the time to write your comments. We take all guest feedback seriously and it helps us improve and become better at providing memorable stays for our guests. Only I find it sad that you mention negative comments only when I sent you the report of the spa cleaning team after your stay with supporting photos. I did not accuse you falsely (I find it a pity that you say that). I sent you the report with photos that the spa cleaning company sent me before and after your stay and it is with these reports that VRBO authorized the payment so if it was not true I do not believe that VRBO have authorized it. For the stove, it works very well. you didn't know how to open the oven, I called you and explained to your niece how to do it, but she couldn't open it. I offered to come and open it for you and show you how to do it, but you declined the offer. for spiders and ants I never had a comment of this kind but I took it positive and I redid another update with my cleaning team to correct the situation. I am a host because I like to serve and get to know people and my goal is to offer high quality stays to my guests. Thank you again for your comments

Excellente localisation avec vue sur le fleuve et le Mont Saint-Anne. Très beau séjour et une température qui a rendu le paysage encore plus magique. À distance de marche de la petite municipalité de Sainte-Famille et sa microbrasserie. Maison chaudement recommandée.

Magie durant le temps des fêtes sur l’ile

Nous avons pu festoyer à 2 familles. 4 belles chambres. Il y a une boulangerie et une epicerie (depanneur) à distance de marche. La vue est superbe. Les enfants ont pu jouer dehors, glisser, utiliser le spa. C’était super le fun!!

Maison très confortable et propice à la contemplation.

Début décembre, nous avions besoin de quelques jours pour décrocher, de s'éloigner de chez-nous. Notre but était d'être proche du Vieux-Québec et ne trouvant pas ce que nous voulions, nos recherches nous ont amenés sur l'Île d'Orléans. Quand nous sommes arrivés, il faisait déjà nuit, nous ne pouvions imaginer la vue qui nous attendait au petit matin. Wow!!! Partout où nous étions dans la maison permettait de contempler la beauté du paysage. La maison grande et propre offrait ce qu'on avait de besoin pour cuisiner ou se reposer. Nous étions à environ 20 minutes en voiture du Vieux Québec et à seulement quelques pas en marchant du village de Sainte-Famille. Dans ce village tout y était: épicerie, SAQ, boulangerie, et microbrasserie, miam! Merci à notre hôte pour ce beau séjour très ressourçant. Françoise & Martin

Super séjour!

Très satisfait de notre séjour en famille à cette maison. L'endroit était propre et comme sur les photos. La vue sur le fleuve est impressionnante. L'endroit est très vitrée ce qui permet d'apprécier la vue autant dans le salon/cuisine que dans la salle à manger. Chambre de bain et chambres spacieuses, lits confortables. Très grande cuisine bien équipée. Grand îlot! Communications claires et rapides avec l'hôte. Il répondait dans les minutes qui suivaient nos questions, ce fut très apprécié. Nous retournerons certainement à cet endroit!

Séjour magnifique

La maison Laurentienne est l’endroit idéal pour un séjour familial sur l’île d’Orleans. Accès très facile et sans contact , hôte très à l écoute . Mon fils a eu 3 ans pendant notre séjour et nous nous demandions si tout le nécessaire serait en place pour lui organiser une petite fête d’anniversaire , nous étions très contents de trouver tout sur place : vaste espace ( exactement comme en photo, sinon mieux) barbecue , ustensiles , jeux de société , Netflix etc. Nous avons fait un grand barbecue, joué dans la cour, brûlé des guimauves en soirée etc le séjour fut paisible et magnifique . Nous étions unanimes: il y aura une deuxième fois . Ça vaut vraiment le détour .
