This place was even better than the pictures. I will definitely stay there again if I come back. There were eight of us was not one complaint.

We went to Quebec City for a Crazy Cousins weekend. It was a beautiful, clean and comfortable home. They had supplied all we needed. If we get up this way again, we'll definitely stay here again.

Great location for a winter get away

We skied and biked in the Stoneham area, 25 minutes away and visited old Quebec -10 minutes away. It was a perfect location and a beautiful home.

Perfect bungalow

This house had everything you could want in amenities. The hot tub and fire pit were awesome. The location is convenient. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Very impressed with everything from cleanliness to location, parking, charm and modern conveniences. Grocery shopping and pharmacy within 5 minute walk. Would recommend! Lots of room for 10 people.

Fab place with all amenities you could ask for

Met family members.. stayed 3 ngts had great time.the place was immaculate and had everything we needed. Location is unusual but very manageable. Great parking .. loved the hot tub… local it’s store had all provisions we needed-.. only few blocks away.. highly recommend

Beautiful home

The house was very tastefully designed and decorated. Lots of room for our group of 9 and the kids room with bunk beds was perfect for our 3 kids. Everyone loved the hot tub.

My family stayed for a week and had everything we needed and more. The home was clean and bright as well as spacious. Conveniently located just a few blocks from the amazing bike paths that we rode to many of our daily excursions(multiple trips to the city, Mont Morency Falls and local parks).I would definitely stay at this property again and recommend it to anyone planning a trip to the Quebec City area!

We loved the location and property! Walk to market/pharmacy 6 min, 11 min drive to the city, and 7 min drive to the falls. House had a nice setup and rustic feel. Loved it here and would come back again!

German Christmas Market family trip

The property was beautiful and very clean. Grocery and liquor store near by. A 10 minute drive to old Québec and the German Christmas Market. Perfect to come home to after a day of shopping and sight seeing. Communication with the hist was easy and timely. Truly enjoyed our stay.

Charming 1800s house restored beautifully!

We spent a lovely weekend for a 5 sisters weekend while exploring Quebec. The house has an old world charm with custom made live edge log furnishings. Very clean and host kind and helpful. Great choice!

Perfect location. Great amenities.

The location is perfect for anyone who wants to visit Quebec City, but not be right in the center of the city. Driving distance to all the sights was minimal and there was bus transportation near the house. Seversl restaurants and a grocery store are also within walking distance. The house had a large deck and a hot tub which made the evenings enjoyable. There are plenty of accommodations inside with a great kitchen for family gatherings.

Ski Trip in Quebec

It was perfect for our group and what we were in Quebec to do. Half hour from great skiing. 10 minutes from downtown . the village had couple of restaraunts and grocery blocks away. Very happy with our experience

Quebec Adventures

8 senior adult friends from college gathered here to enjoy precious time together in this beautiful city. The house is a charming very old structure immaculately cleaned and very well furnished with comfy sofas and beds. The kitchen is complete with pots, pans, dishes, etc. for eating in and IGA is easy walking distance.

Everything you could want

We had a wonderful 4 night stay in Quebec over the Christmas period. Audrey was very easy to communicate with, the place was beautiful and in a very convenient location for exploring Quebec and local conveniences (there’s an IGA within an easy walk or very short drive). We enjoyed cooking in the well stocked kitchen, the comfy beds and couches and a spa in the evenings. Great value for money

The location of Mason patrimoniale William is excellent. It is within walking distance of restaurants and a grocery store (IGA). It is also quite close (4-5 km) away from Old Quebec City and many attractions. The accommodations were excellent. It is located on a busy corner, but due to the thickness of the stone walls and top quality windows, there was little road/traffic noise. Prior to our stay any questions we asked of Audrey would be answered very quickly. Check-in was easy and we would highly recommend staying here while you are in Quebec City.

Historical beauty

We enjoy our holidays in this beautiful home the only désappointed was the fireplace and the furniture is beautiful but kind of dangerous corner on the dinning table and counter we hit our self on the corners quite often. Hot tub mint condition and also not enough face cloth and hand towels .but we enjoy our stay very much .. I will highly recommended.

Would go back in a heart beat!!!

We were 4 couples reuniting after 3 years of seeing one another. This property had everything we were looking. From the unique character of the heritage house itself to wonderful open concept living space, to the completely stocked kitchen to the outdoor seating and fire pit! Just 10 minutes to the heart of Old Quebec City. We are vacation hosts ourselves in Lunenburg, NS and know what it take to run a GOOD rental…Audrey certainly does that! Thanks again.

Perfect gathering place

This is an absolutely beautiful property! We were 8 adult women on a mini getaway. We were impressed with the property itself.... Very true to what you see in the pictures.... and it was well stocked with dishes, soaps, paper products, even some cooking condiments. Nothing to bring! Only 10 min to city by car, 30 by bus which stops practically right outside the door. Host was very responsive. Loved it!

Excellent - Much More than We Expected

We were looking for a property for 7 adults, close to Old Quebec with easy connections to all the sights such as the Old City, Montmorency Falls and the Ile d'Orleans. This property was perfectly located and it was a marvellous experience overall. Four bedrooms, two bathrooms, comfortable lounge, dining room table seating 10, modern comfortable furniture, huge and well equipped kitchen, hot tub, fire pit and also a cot and equipment for young children. Plus off street parking. We were so happy with this property we are already planning a winter trip for skiing (Mont Ste. Anne is only 25 minutes away and Ste. Ann-de-Beaupre even closer). Also, the host was very attentive and easy to work with. Check-in was a breeze. Highly recommended.

Gorgeous property with plenty of hospitality

We stayed here for 3 nights during our family’s first visit to Quebec City. This house is a little unassuming from the outside, but inside, wow! Gorgeous features even lovelier in person than the pictures in the listing. Plenty of supplies to make us feel welcome and comfortable, cream, coffee and filters, all the paper products we might need. The place was very clean upon arrival. Comfy beds, nice roomy bathrooms and a large hot tub. You cannot beat this location, it is literally 10-15 Mins from any point of interest in QC. Le Far is a local patisserie within walking distance I wish I discovered on day 1. Also, check out Pizzagalli and a fun splash pad nearby in the Beauport arrondissement. We want to come back, 10/10 recommendation Booking with Audrey.

We had a wonderful stay. The house was beautiful and clean. Plenty of space for our family of 9. A safe location with a bus stop right outside that took us to Old Quebec. And a nice grocery store just down the street.
