Location was perfect right next to the beach. The beach was beautiful. Everything is nearby. You really don’t have to go anywhere. All the things you need are located within walking distance would do this again.

Isla Verde Condo

Property was great, as portrayed, clean, well appointed and accessible. My only suggestion to enhance the experience would be a second beach/pool/building key fob.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The property was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The views were beautiful from every room. Our flight was canceled twice, creating a very stressful situation. Our host went above and beyond to help us by allowing us to stay longer, even though another guest was due to check in. He graciously arranged for the incoming guest to stay at another one of his properties so we wouldn’t be left without a place to stay. We are so grateful for the host and everything he did. If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable place with amazing views and a host who genuinely cares about his guests, this is it. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Puerto Rico!

This unit actually looked better in-person than the photos. It's thoughtful renovated and well maintained. You would pay triple the rate for these ocean views in the adjacent hotels. It's stunning. The island was experiencing a severe water shortage upon our arrival. The building did a good job of attempting to mitigate its impact on guests and residents which was appreciated. Sev was incredibly responsive. The island-wide water issue was obviously something beyond their control nevertheless they were attentive and accommodating. They even responded to a message I sent close to midnight. I was expecting a morning response but Sev responded in minutes. The location of the condo is ideal We didn't rent a car as there are plenty of restaurants and stores in walking distance kids. I found Uber fares pretty inexpensive (compared to US major cities). The beach was wonderful and never crowded at all. You'll never have to get there early to find a spot. Rental beach chairs for 5 was very reasonable. I also noticed many beach vendors now accept digital payment (venmo, cashapp, etc) which was very convenient. The large pool offers a nice alternative to the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We would absolutely come back. I highly recommend this unit and the terrific hosts. -Greg

Por qué eligió esta propiedad

The neighborhood of Isla Verde is very near to the airport making it an easy taxi or Uber ride. The beach is Crecent shaped and about 1.5 miles long with soft sand. The neighborhood is very tourist friendly, and English is widely spoken. You can stay at the condo and travel from there to nearby destinations for day trips returning back to relax on the balcony or venture out for some night life.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

The building of Marbella EAST is uniquely situated very close to the beach compared to other buildings, no bar, restaurant or street noise is heard. Only the sound of the waves crashing on the beach.
