Check in was a little confusing because we got the code late, but the host responded quickly and we were able to get in. Beautiful view, and right on the beach. Close to some restaurants and not too far from Old San Juan.

Very responsive host. Apartment was just as expected and catered to all our needs. Right on the beach and other amenities like stores and restaurants a walking distance. Had a very pleasant time.

Beautiful space with an excellent view! Well maintained and the included parking was convenient for our rented car. Had some initial issues with check in but hosts were communicative and very helpful, would absolutely recommend :)

I would not hesitate to book for another stay. The view is AMAZING and it was exactly as described. Plenty options to eat within walking distance.

The management company did a great job of communicating details with us regarding check-in, troubleshooting the Internet connection within 24 hours of check-in, and resolving any concerns we presented (2nd key fob seemed to be missing). The amenities were nice: beach towels, starter items (coffee, filters, paper products, laundry detergent, and soaps to name a few. We love the condo simple modern decor. We would absolutely stay again!

Beautiful stay in paradise

My family of 4 stayed for 5 days and absolutely loved the property! It was in a perfect location and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Would highly recommend!

Green Island Realtor was very good property manager and responded quickly to any inquiries we had. The apartment was furnished well but the cooking utensils were somewhat lacking. Apartment lacks a toaster oven.
