Perfect condo in the best location

So convenient but quiet. Could walk to beach, restaurants and shops but also enjoyed the pool and screen porch and all the well-appointed amenities. Highly recommend!

The place and location were great. Very clean. Only little complaint is that the beach umbrella were flimsy and basically unusable. Other then that we highly recommend Carpe Diem.

The Carpe Diem condo is exactly as the pictures show. It was very clean, in a great area (1/4 mile to beach and right next to town. The internet & TV worked well. The property management team were responsive and the housecleaners did a spectacular job. Will definitely rent again. Thank you to our hosts!

Nice property

The condo is nice and has plenty of towels, beach towels and a well equipped kitchen. It is nicely decorated and big. The beds were very comfortable. Many restaurants and the beautiful Grace Bay Beach are a short walk away. The initial email to get into the unit could have been better but they showed up within minutes to let us in. We didn't know there were beach chairs and an umbrella in the outside closet until the second to last day of our trip. All in all it is a lovely unit and we would stay there again.
