Rental Includes: Glass top Stove, oven, fridge, dishwasher, dishes, pots, silverware, toaster, microwave, griddle, slow cooker, toaster, hand mixer, and a Coffee Bar with a Keurig , a Drip Coffee Maker (coffee cups and beans with a grinder as well as tea, Hot Choclate and sugar are provided). The is also a water dispenser that takes 5 gallon jugs. linens included, washer/dryer, Internet (Wi/Fi) and games included in living room. There is a queen size inflatable mattress in the guest room closet. Games are located in the TV cabinet. Dish net is provided. (streaming does not work well due to limited Wifi signal). Cloths washer and dryer are located in the entry hall (detergent is provided)

Also includes: Private Pool, Cookout Pavilion, Private Boat Ramp & Dock, Fish Cleaning Station and Covered Parking.

Please take your trash to the dump as you leave. It is just a short distance up HWY 351 on your way out of town.

Fishing for the weekend

The condo is a very nice unit. We had a party of five that came up to go fishing. Plenty of parking at the condos and a private boat ramp which is why we choose to stay at these condo along with a pool. Pool was our happy place. Only downside to the unit is the property owner controls the thermostat. We have never had that anywhere else we have stayed. We had to contact them twice to turn it down. It was set to 86 degrees when we arrived at 5:00 pm. It took forever to cool off. Once it did, it went down to the 76 the owner turned it to. We were told it wouldn’t go much lower and they needed a bigger unit. Once it was 76 we asked him to lower it again and he moved it to 72. After fishing all day in the hot sun you want to come in and cool down. The last night we were there we asked him to turn it to 68 and he did. It was great! Wished we could have had our own control of the AC. Review would have been a 5 star. Great restaurant in town, The Shrimp Boat, they will cook up your fresh catch if you bring it in.
