Nice property and brand new! Good location to stores. Only challenge is backing out onto the busy road but that’s not an issue that can be changed.

Great place! Super comfortable beds, perfect layout and location close to everything on the South Hill. Great communication as well. Second time staying here, and we’ll do it again!

Mini family vacation

This place was absolutely beautiful! Clean, open spaces, the rooms are sooo large which was nice for my family! Will definitely stay here again! Booking was easy, chatting with the owner was easy and helpful! Great place to stay!

The house was easy to locate, close to shopping and restaurants and downtown. It felt like home away from home, very comfortable.

Good find on South Hill. The place is well-appointed and tidy. The beds are comfortable, and the place is cozy. Bill was very responsive. Great pizza place within walking distance (all be it on a busy road).

Great place for two couples.

This is the second time we’ve stayed here. The set up is great for 2 couples. Each bedroom has a king size bed and both bathrooms are nice. There are several great places nearby to eat.

So Comfortable and Modern

This home was so nice and comfortable! Very updated, beautiful kitchen, super comfortable bed, and central to everything on the South Hill. Everything we needed and more. We will definitely stay here again!

Everything was wonderful.

Visiting with family and being able to have friends over for dinner was great. The location is very upscale, which I had no idea that Spokane was that diversified. It was a short but very pleasant stay.
