Just 5 minute drive to Bagnell Dam Strip, 10 minutes to Backwater Jacks, 15 minutes to Redheads/Performance Boat Center, 15 minutes to Frankie and Louie, 8 minutes to Shady Gators/HToads complex and more, 14 mile marker is centrally located by both land and water.

Perfect Getaway!

Super views of the lake. Condo was clean, in top condition, and very well appointed. Host was a super communicator. We will definitely be back!

Great Atmosphere

We love this condo! It has such lovely atmosphere and is very conveniently located to all the places we need to go. Any minor issues we’ve run into the past couple times we’ve stayed have been quickly resolved by the property manager. Will definitely keep this one on our list!

Memorial Weekend Stay

Beautiful, clean, comfortable condo, conveniently located to all the places we needed to go. No parking problems, which was wonderful! The only remotely negative thing I could say is it needs a few more pots and pans for those of us who cook. Haha!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The view was amazing, and this condo had everything we could possibly need. We spent hours on the deck rocking and relaxing. It has easy access, just a few steps to enter this cozy, nicely decorated, home away from home.

While the condo is not large, it is more convenient than a hotel room and has been updated nicely. It offers good views of the lake from the deck. It was also well positioned to access places around the lake. We enjoyed our stay. We would recommend this stay for a family of 4.

Enjoyed our stay at this condo immensely! Everything was perfect and smooth the entire stay! The views were just gorgeous and we spent so much time just sitting in the bay window or outside on the patio taking it all in. Everything we could need was provided and very much appreciated. More than enough space for my family of 5. Seemed to be pretty centrally located to lots of places to eat and shop. If we find ourselves at LOTO again, we will stay here again

We are avid boaters and love the Ozarks. We`ve been going there for many years, finally were able to pull the trigger on a place of our own. That view and the area makes for a fantastic getaway.

Por qué eligió esta propiedad

Centrally located by land and water . Main attractions are between the 3 and 30 mile marker and we are right in the middle at the 14MM.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

Many upgrades including water softener (local water is very hard) Reverse osmosis system, tankless water heater, Bidet toilet seat, all new appliances , showers, cabinets, etc....and of course the VIEW!
