Beautiful, Comfortable Property

This one of those places where you wonder how accurate the pictures in the listing are, then you get there and find the pictures to be misleading. BUT, in this case, the reality is SO much better than the pictures! Clean, accessible, safe, comfortable, spacious, affordable, quiet, stylish - all of those things, for sure. I'm looking forward to an opportunity to visit this property again soon.

This property is as advertised. Spacious, comfortable beds, neat balcony and very convenient location near town. Easy check in-out, responsive host. Would stay here again!

Stayed for Utah Family weekend

Great location to the U. Plenty of space for 6 people to hang out in the front room and balcony or eat a meal. Suggestions: silverware for 6, aluminum foil, plastic bags for storage, and extra blankets. Also, the wifi wasn't working all that great so most of us didn't use it and just used data.

Great stay!!

Clean, stocked with basic essentials I like to see in rentals. The host communication was best it could be. Directions and rules were perfect. The price was outstanding. Only downer was the busy street in front which is expected in the area. All in all, amazing rental! Highly recommend

We had a busy week attending a convention and this location was perfect for us. Close to downtown, groceries and comfy beds. Thankful for the time here.

A great location

This is our second stay at this VRBO. You just cant beat the location being so close to downtown and the U of U hospital. We will be back for our next stay.

Cute , spacious and convenient!

This was our second time staying at this cute convenient apartment. We stayed for a week each time and felt it met all our needs for visiting our daughter at the university of Utah. Easy parking,very spacious and stocked with everything from cookware, coffee, to laundry soap! The host was very accommodating very easy to communicate with. Great experience

This was a great property. Clean and full of character from an older building that you don't see a lot of any more. The location was perfect--centrally located to everything within walking or scooter distance (the nearby streets have protected bike lanes that make riding the electric scooters feel very safe!), but just far enough from downtown where finding parking for guests was not an issue. The hosts were very gracious and responsive. I would highly recommend this property to anyone who needs a great spot to stay in Salt Lake City!

Great location!

We were in town for medical reasons. This place is an amazing location the Uof U is only 10 min away so is downtown. Trader Joes and Trolly Square both are in walking distance. We will be back for the future stays!

Great location

We were in Utah to have surgery at the U of U. This is a absolutely great location!! 10 min from the hospital, 10 min from downtown. Trolly square is in walking distance. I love old wood trim and the wood flooring. A over all very nice place. We will definitely be trying to book again for our future visits to the hospital.

Great little apartment

I would definitely stay here again. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Check in and check out went smoothly. We were in SLC for a graduation, so it was nice to have the open living/dining room/patio area for people to be able to hang out and visit. The only down side was that they are building a new building right next door and construction started pretty early in the morning. However that is just a short term problem and something the property manager didn't have any control over. We travel to SLC frequently and hope to stay here again.
