Great stay

This was a cute little place ideal for my work needs. Right on 700 east it was a bit busy with traffic but it seemed to be chill at night. It was nice to be close to Liberty Park and an easy walk to restaurants in Trolley Square.

Perfect little house in SLC

This was a first class stay. The house is centrally located for downtown and close to everything. It is modern, clean and beautifully decorated. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Weekend in Salt Lake

The location of the property is easy to get to all the main downtown attractions and close to public transport. The house was clean and very nice!

Clean & Great Location

The property was as advertised! Clean and had all the amenities we needed. Only a 30-40 min drive to ski slopes. A short trip to downtown and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location

Close to everything, convenient. Clean and well appointed house. There is road noise, but it wasn’t bad. Host communication was perfect and she went out of her way to accommodate me when I booked the wrong dates. I would absolutely stay here again.

Vera was so kind and helpful getting us into the house earlier on check in day. Her communication was in a timely manner, and she was able to answer all our question the first time we asked them. Highly Recommend this Host and location.

Close to the U

My wife and I stayed here for 2 nights as we packed up our son and moved him home for the summer. Very close to the U was a big plus. The home was exactly as advertised and we will certainly stay here again.

Son’s college graduation

This is the second time we booked this location. It is a wonderful place to stay and Vera was always quick to respond and extremely helpful and friendly. Love the area it’s in as well.

Classy, clean and convenient!

Our son attends the University of Utah and lives in downtown SLC. This darling home was convenient, clean and perfect for us to stay and visit our son. Comfortable, stylish, cozy and clean is how I would describe it. The host was very accommodating and hospitable. Fresh filtered water was in the fridge for us which was such a kind surprise. We will definitely be back to stay here. Best VRBO in Salt Lake and we have tried a bunch. Thank you again!!

Cute place close to downtown and the university.

Its a cute place, fairly brand new on the inside. My step-son recommended the area of town. Its on a busy street, but we never once bothered by the cars. The host is fantastic. There is really nothing negative to say about this place. We would ABSOLUTELY stay here again. Everything was great and it made our sons graduation weekend very nice. 5 stars.

Beautiful Place

Beautiful place, and would definitely stay again. Clean, convenient, comfortable! My only complaint is that after 3 attempts at contacting this owner about our upcoming stay starting on the 14th, I gave up and never heard back. The communication to us about our stay, check-in process, check-out process was excellent, and probably automated, but to not receive a return email was a tad frustrating.

Nice place noisy road

The house was nice. Parking was not that good it was hard to manuver around in order to back in so had a easy exit onto main road. Noise wasnt bad during daytime but nighttime was a different story. Other than that stay was good.

Property was as advertised. Great location for walking to a park, a few restaurants, a doughnut shop, a shopping center and grocery! There is noise from the road inside the rental. It affects one bedroom the most but ear plugs help. Really great stay!

Good Stay

The home was updated and well allocated! When we arrived we found hair on and in dressers, an untidy sink, and a medicine bottle on the floor. The shampoo and body wash dispensers were both empty as well. Reached out to owner and she was very responsive. Parking was tight. If you drive more than a compact car just be prepared. We did have a quiet and primarily comfortable stay in spite of these challenges.

Perfect Stay!

There's not much more I could have asked for with this property: - Clean and well kept house - Everything (wifi, appliances, etc.) functioning as expected - Washer and Dryer a huge plus - Comfortable beds - Off-street parking another big plus - Listing descriptions highlights walkability - very much on point. Grocery, restaurants, donuts / coffee, bakery, etc., all less than 10 minute walk - Liberty Park .3 miles south is a big bonus, great place for a run! - University of Utah and Downtown 5 - 10 minute drive max Some of the reviews have mentioned street noise. Yes, the house is on a busy street, and during the day there is regular traffic which does cause some background noise. However, I can't say that I noticed it much, and at night, there is much less traffic - didn't bother me at all while sleeping. Lastly and maybe most importantly, the host Vera communicates quickly and often, which is great for having questions answered, requesting an early check-in if possible, etc. Any time I come back to SLC, this is where I'm staying!

Trip to Salt Lake City

This location is, as advertised, on a busy city street but centrally located so you can walk to local shops and restaurants. Has Keurig coffee maker with plenty of individual packs for our 3 day stayEverything was comfortable and convenient. Owner is very accessible by email. Would definitely stay here again if I was in the area
