Amazing views and location. Close to all the good restaurants, great pool and beach access. Condo was super clean and well maintained. Will definitely be staying there again.

The beach view is amazing and we love staying with Jonathan at The Colonades Sunrise, Sunburn and Sunset. We are repeat customers and will be back! :)

Wonderful

Accurate listing with everything you’ll need for a great stay! Jonathan was easily reachable via text! The view is breathtaking- just don’t look down - you’ll realize just how high up twenty floors is! Lots of space for everyone to spread out. Plenty of parking - including some covered. Fast elevators and plenty of carts. Those reasons alone are ones to return for!

The beach view from the balcony was amazing and watching the sunsets through the living area windows was perfect!The condo was so open and clean it was a pleasure to stay in. I hope to stay again.

Yes. You are right in the heart of Gulf Shores with all the finest restaurants and entertainment at your feet. But the icing on the cake for me are the views and the finest pastel sunsets every evening through those 9’ floor to ceiling tinted glass walls! Please come back to visit us again soon.

Wonderful stay with large family

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The view of the beach and sunsets from the window is phenomenal! Perfect location, close to pretty much everything and some in walking distance. We will definitely be looking to stay again. Thank you for having a spot for my entire family to have a week together!

Great stay

I would recommend to anyone to stay here. The location is perfect. Walking distance to anything you want to do. Steps away from the beach.

Perfect place to stay while visiting Gulf Shores!

Loved this property for out stay in Gulf Shores. Amazing views, very comfortable and welcoming penthouse. Beds were very comfortable and it just felt like home. Close to restaurants and bars and the beach is right outside. Would highly recommend and would stay here again.

We are proud of the towering views over all the other surrounding buildings. You can just about see to Mobile bay from there. That’s why we live this place.

Perfection

Everything about this rental was top tier luxury. We cooked prepped ahead of time for 5 adults and 5 kids and didn't even have to take large pot or crock pot out of the care. Every picture is factual and up to date. Our family will be back.

We had a super stay here for holiday week! The condo was exactly as we hoped - views were amazing! We love the proximity to all of the Gulf Shores things and the short walk to the beach was awesome! Thanks for a great week!
