Our condo is perfectly situated on the 18th floor directly overlooking the outdoor pools at Phoenix Gulf Shores with incredible panoramic views of the Gulf from the Living room and bedrooms!! We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the unit. With over 1,980 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished and new to the rental market!!



Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Gulf Shores condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 65” flat screen HDTV in living room and a flat screen 55" HDTVs in the master and 2nd bedroom and 45" HDTVs in the 3rd and 4th bedroom, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the Master and 2nd bedroom and two Queen beds in the 3rd and 4th bedrooms, we also allow two children to sleep on the sofa, linens are provided.



There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide, heated in-door swimming pool, two Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf, BBQ Grills, and a tennis court.



There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.

Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $65 per vehicle. Any 4br unit you rent at Phoenix Gulf Shores guarantees you can purchase up to THREE parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but do not expect an extra pass during the summer season.

everything was amazing just one small thing on the last night the ac did not get lower than 78. Wasn't a problem because we checked out at 5am so we really wasn't hot to long. other than that amazing property we really enjoyed our stay

Excellent place for our family of 8. The condo had views for days! Was perfect for our elderly grandma that couldn't get to the beach. She still was about to enjoy the beautiful view.

Arrived and room wasn't cleaned. Floors were very dirty, dishwasher was full of dishes, didn't have a garbage bag. Management sent cleaning folks later next day. The patio door is just shy of not being able to open it. Bed linesn are bad! Very thin and worn out. View is amazing! Condo is very nicely decorated! Location was convenient for short drives but no places you can walk to. Pool was nice for kids and beach was very accessible.

Nice Condo Mismanaged

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When we arrived the Master Bath's toilet would not flush. The Master BR TV would not work. The TV Remotes batteries were dead. The entire unit's TV's were not connected to Dish Network. The toilet was repaired after 1 day. The TV's were repaired on the 3rd day. No Phoenix Management was present. The front desk people were only responsible for parking. It takes more than a maid cleaning the property to ensure it's rent ready.

Loved our stay! This is our 3rd time booking with Phoenix! Great room, pool, and such a nice beach for the family! Room was just as listed and easily accommodated our large family! Indoor and outdoor pools were very nice and clean! Private beach access was nice and beach wasn’t too busy! Would 100% recommend for your next family vacation!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, we really enjoyed the location and our stay. One of the beds (box springs) had been broken by prior occupants. This was discovered late our first day so was handled the following day. Some form of an offer of financial reduction for the first night would have been nice. Other than that, it was good!

Fabulous location! Great for the grand babies lots to keep them busy. Close to many restaurants and shops. Definitely would recommend. Wish we could have stayed longer.

My family, 10 of us from age 5 to 80 really enjoyed our stay. The condo is beautiful, the views are amazing, and beach access is good. The garbage disposal was inoperable when we got there but it was repaired within 24 hours. I will bring my own skillet to scramble eggs and some scissors next time.

Bachelorette trip

The condo was amazing and in great location. The trip was for bachelorette trip and was big enough for all the girls. Check in was easy and condo was very clean. Decor was very pretty. We have already been looking into stay in the condo for another trip. Would love to stay here again.

Beautiful

This property was beautiful and right on the beach looking to the gorgeous ocean! The only issue was the dryer didn’t dry well. Definitely would book again!!
